Running Wild

Took an hour to get our order! Inside the place! It's absolutely ridiculous! Waited patiently, finally asked after 45 minutes, and they started being rude . Never again . Not to mention, drive through a mile long. There is no ice in the machine.

Employees decide to take up disabled parking when they have a full parking lot to themselves that’s always empty. Very selfish. Even when only one of them are parked in one of the two available spots, they park in the middle so even if someone were to come they cannot use the ramp for wheelchair.

One in ten times night shift will get your order right, doors locked assuming by 8 so you have to wait in the drive-thru again. Oh but wait, they never gave you a receipt. Pull up to the front door for your order and wait 20 minutes and still missing food? Go 5 minutes west and hit the main Olive branch location, they may be a little slow but are polite and get everything right so far

Went about a week ago after placing about a $20 order on the app. I arrived at around 7:30 pm and there was no line......Awesome! Then I waited at the speaker for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer so I could let them know about my app order. They never showed......Not Awesome! Drove up to the first window and there wasn't an employee in sight. Drove to the front of the restaurant and could see from the front of the store to the back through the glass window. I didn't see a single person in the kitchen or dining area. All the lights were on though......ridiculous.
