Do not order food from Top’s in Olive Branch, you are guaranteed not to get your complete order. I ordered a party pack, did not get buns or sauce for a BBQ SANDWICH. Barbecue is literally in the name of the meal! If you try to call the store, they’ll just put the phone down and walk away. Go to Commissary which is what I should’ve done and will do from now on.

Placed an online order here for pickup last night. Got home and realized I did not receive my bbq nachos. Also one of the fry orders literally had 6 fries. I live over 20 minutes away and didn't realize the error until I got home or I would have gone back. The food was okay but it stinks not getting what you ordered.

First time here will be my last. I had the plate my husband the bbq Mac and cheese. He liked his okay but mine was almost all fat bbq swimming in grease. Meat flavor wasn’t even good. I barely was able to eat any of it. Absolutely disgusting. Mac n cheese was okay but nothing special and fries were very brown and no salt or seasoning. I would have been better off with food from inside the truck stop ( next to the pilot where we stopped as my husband is a truck driver) we don’t usually eat out but truck problem dictated we had to. I will starve in the future if this is my only option. Don’t waste your money looks like food you need to actually fear giving you food poison?

Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted $24.I don't know how they call this smoked or bbq?????Just because you throw bbq sauce on it doesn't make it bbq. The meat was barely warm. No smoke taste at all.The minute I opened my box I got that gut feeling it was going to be bad.The potato salad tasted like reesers. Baked beans seemed like jazzed up van camp beans.I've had better bbq from a truck stop.Very dissatisfied and will definitely not be back.

I got a jumbo brisket sandwich with 2 Mac and cheeses on the side. My mother got this burger with mustard and pickles only, the 2 sides were Mac and cheese and fries. No fries and they sent an extra brisket sandwich. The brisket was dry and bland. The Mac and cheese was ok. I tore a piece off the patty and it was ???. Why would y’all serve a burnt patty?

These folks were the only restaurant that was open all regular hours during the ice storm that hit the mid south a few weeks ago. Hats off to the staff. That's what i call dedication to customer service.
Nastiest BBQ We've ever tried to eat ?? Ordered 3 jumbo bbq sandwiches, a fry & coleslaw. They offered to take the smallest one back & remake. I had to order another one because it was still to small. I eat the 8-9 fries while I was waiting ?☹️ This is what I got ! There is a big difference in size .We went back to our Hotel room to eat & this is what we got . The meat was old ,hard & dry & no flavor at all . We thought we were getting BBQ ! What we got was dry, hard & old meat . This food is expensive ! How can they sell this stuff & keep a good conscious !! ????We will never go back here again. Just wanted to give a warning to others so you want waste your money & time . How disappointing ?

How do I start??? I've been a customer of Top's bbq since I was a child with my parents. We live in Olive Branch, MS and I've had a problem every time I've ordered a bbq sandwich. Every time it had such HARD PIECES throughout & I cannot chew it! And I have ALL MY TEETH. Lol The only way to get around this to where it's descent, is to order ALL WHITE MEAT. Tonight we ordered through Grubhub and I tried to call store to request white meat and NO-ONE would ever answer the phone. Bottom line....I GOT A HORRIBLE SANDWICH AGAIN!! Disappointed and disgusted.

Despite the negative reviews, I went in with an open mind. The young lady at the counter was friendly and attentive. The lady with the purple hair that people talk about in the reviews was in the kitchen so I didn’t get to interact with her.I ordered the sampler plate [ribs, pork, brisket] with potato salad and beans for the two sides.The Good:To my surprise, the beans were tasty.The ribs had the most flavor of the three meats.The potato salad was ok.The Bad:Other than the ribs, the meat was bland without much flavor. The brisket was slightly peppered but had no smoky flavor at all. The pork was worse with no seasoning and no bbq smoky flavor.The potato salad was ok but about a third of it was frozen so I stopped eating it and threw the frozen chunk away (see photo).The brisket was rubbery and chewy.None of the meat was hot when it was served to me. It was room temp or just slightly above that.I asked for sweet bbq sauce and that was on my receipt but I got hot bbq sauce instead.The coleslaw was not good at all. I didn’t order that but they gave it to me so I tasted it.Bottom Line:I don’t think I’d return here again. There’s a sign up in the front that calls this “Memphis BBQ.” I assume that better bbq is available in the area but this doesn’t live up to the hype at all. This may be the worst bbq I’ve ever had.This seems like a parody of a bbq place.So little concern is shown to the taste and quality of the food that I found myself hoping that at least they prepared and handled the food safely.
