Day staff very rude. Waffle house is something we eat maybe 3 times a month and have no problem. Jana the lady who took the order had a attitude to begin with and once we ordered the waffle half blueberry and half plain she gets smart and say she can’t do it. She ask the cook to help with this “extra order” he responds they doing too much. Then they ran out of grits after we paid and the cook said oh well as if it did not matter that we paid for it. The manager was the only pleasant person when she came up front and ask if she can replace it with something else. If you all go here be ready for a rude encounter, the food did come out good. Service was bad, employees were playing load rap music behind count, bad language was being used. If you want a peaceful, quit, safe place to eat, I don't recommend it. This waffle house has steadily gone down hill.
Great staff very helpful and nice will go back to eat. The cook was very good and nice. I wish that there was more like him. I would like to thank him again for cooking our food and, with me being a cook I know that with out people like him restaurants will not be able to make it.

Blaring music from the office area, waitress stopped for a chat with other employee before making our drinks. Wiped my coffee cup with a rag before delivering it. Had to ask for spoon and sugar for my coffee. Had to wipe off the sugar before used. Paid cash...Had to ask for my change!!! Tips are NOT automatic!! Worst Waffle House EVER!
