Didn't get much meat on my sandwich maybe 2 pieces of roast beef. Flavor was good just needed more meat. I got the beef and cheddar. More cheese than meat should call it cheddar and beef.

First negative experience while eating from here. Normally food is great, meat sliced thin, fries hot. Pictured is an example of the cooks not maintaining proper cleanliness of their areas. the black spots you see dotted around the burger are sautéed onions. Cook running the kitchen also gave the wrong fries with the order. I received crinkle fries instead of curly fries and the receipt reflected my curly fry request.

Very rude staff and my order was wrong and was refused to make it right, was also told they were out of receipt paper for the register when I paid at the drive thru, and I asked for extra Arby's sauce and when I finally got my order after having to pull up and wait 15 minutes for my order, I finally received my order after going in and reminding the guy that was at the drive thru and having been told to go back out to my vehicle he would be right out and 10 minutes later I got my order and it was completely cold and there was no Arby's sauce in the bag when I got home which is only 8 minutes away. When I called the restaurant and filed a complaint with who ever answered the phone I was hung up on and when I called back 5 times my calls were ignored.I will be filing a complaint with Arby's customer service centers and requesting a full refund for the ten classic Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches I ordered.

I LOVE ARBY'S!!!!The food was delicious the service was delightful. Anytime I go out of town where there's an Arby's I have to have that classic! I took my mom there for her birthday cuz that's where she wanted to go

Today was my first day going to Arby's cause I was in a rush and every body else lines was too long. I was starting to get irritated cause there was only one car in front of me, but it was taking longer than it should have. I noticed that the car in front of me was an older gentleman who seemed hard of hearing. Autumn Grace and Shaun whom I assume was the manager or shift lead (he had on a long sleeve button down) were amazing with him. They took time to explain everything and work with him. Arby's y'all had some great employees on shift today. I will be coming back.
