I was not happy with the customer service at all. My waiter rushed me and was not helpful especially with my questions. I also requested a to go order which was never put in for me to take home. Which I ended up being glad. And my daquiri was not good at all.Overall I've had better. I'll continue to go to tupelo for now on.

I recently dined at Casa Mexicana, and it was an outstanding experience. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful waiters. The atmosphere was delightful, featuring great music and lighting, creating a friendly and fun ambiance. The margarita tower I ordered was one of the best I've ever tried.The highlight, however, was the food. The queso with chorizo and chips made for an excellent appetizer. For my main course, I had the chimichanga with steak, chicken, chorizo, and shrimp—an absolute delight. The dish was seasoned beautifully, bursting with incredible flavors, and the meats were cooked to perfection. Without a doubt, it's the best Mexican food I've ever had. Casa Mexicana truly delivers an exceptional dining experience.

The older gentleman that has been my server the previous 5 times that I have eaten in has consistently been disappointing. Not once has he gotten my order correct, despite me repeating it multiple times and pointing out what I wanted on the menu. I have been overcharged for items multiple times. I recommend asking for a new waiter or waitress to anyone that wants the food they ordered.

If I could give this a place a negative review I would. Went to eat with my family and had the ac pumping freezing cold air that made our food cold instantly along with our queso freezing over. The server had to have been new since he don't know what sprite or a street taco was. Along with my daughters enchiladas that were totally ruined when they only put cheese on them and nothing else. As the manager came she was not apologetic at all and was more concerned about us getting out of here at 9 and instantly blaming the kitchen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Wish I could leave zero starts. This place was an absolute disaster. To start, we paid 12 dollars for pitchers that were filled 1/4 of the way with margaritas. The rest was filled with ice. Then, they proceeded to mess up each and every one of our orders. Who TF orders spinach enchiladas? None of us. The finial straw was when an employee went to the bathroom and a patron watched him walk out without washing his hands. That's gotta be against a couple health violations. In conclusion, I wouldn't not suggest this monstrosity of an establishment.

Excellent Mexican food. After a long day driving we ordered this to take to our room across the street. It was ready fast and tasted amazing. I only had the grilled chicken with cheese and rice but it was so flavorful with just enough kick. Hate we are only here one night or would go have fajitas!! They have to be amazing!

We had a great experience at Casa Mexicana! Quality service and delicious food are just the cherry on top! The restaurant features incredible decoration, beautiful furniture, lamps, the whole finish of the inside and out have been carefully crafted and deliver an authentic feel to the experience! Bogar, our server, was amazing! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place. We will be coming back any time we get the opportunity!!!
