There was a leaf in my burrito bowl. not the first time I felt they've jacked up my food. But I’ve edited this after almost 2 years to tone down the spicy nature of my words. All in all consistently bad service led to my review. Hope they’re doing better these days for the customers sake

Parking: Hey I was disgusted with how poorly my bowl was this is probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I should’ve went to south depot and not have even gave them a chance. Hope south depot puts u out of business. Good luck!

The staff was very friendly and the food is delicious but they charged me double because I asked for her to put the right amount of meat in my bowl. So I was very upset about that but I did not feel like arguing. I eat at this Chipotle all the time and have never had this issue before I get the same thing every time I go there and it is always under $20 this time my order was $34
Let me start by saying THANK YOU to the young lady that I'm certain, took it upon herself to spend her own money, and add hand soap for the ladies in the restroom from BATH AND BODY WORKS! It's been 7 weeks and yes I've been counting! No Soap until recently.The constant late nights without a complete menu available and they close at 11:00, why stay open if you're done cooking?The trash the lobby holds is atrocious!The line isn't kept, it's stays filthy! Serving line glass.There's never any Management assistance or presence, just nothing! No one giving reasons why there's several things ALWAYS unavailable. My Husbands a Nut for this tasteless bland chicken, the gummy rice, the watery Queso, the stale chips, the burnt scorched beans. I'm mentally exhausted from giving them chance after chance, and our money. I'm at the point where my Husband will have to learn to get our money's worth where the food is worth the money. I'm convinced that Corporate doesn't visit this location, nor does it hold its Store Manager accountable. It's not all about making grand theft money without delivering! This shit isn't cheap. I'm waiting for the newest location near our home to open. If he has to have it, i pray we can get what we pay for, from people that don't turn their backs to the business and its customers. Shut Jackson Ave Chipotle all the way down. It's a disgrace.

my salad was a soup. I asked for light rice and got a heaping ladle. light sour cream and the same thing. then they were rude to my kids and didn't even let them add the things they wanted before rushing to check them out. employees were just slinging food instead of taking a little pride in their work. talking about work related issues in front of their customers and you could tell their attitude was because of the issue.

The food is usually pretty good, but the workers are absolutely horrible. I've never been served by a person with any sense of efficiency or consideration. I order on the app quite a bit, and my order is always wrong. They also never keep anything stocked, yet they won't tell you until after they've assembled your order. I come in 2/3 hours before closing and they are "out" of everything, but thats a lie.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Chipotle. The service was rude every step of the way, the portions were extremely small as if they were limiting portions so they wouldn't have to prepare more for the evening. They were out of steak, carne asada, guacamole and sour cream, their lettuce was brown. The entire restaurant had trash everywhere. Counters in the eating area, behind the glass. The food prep area was also very dirty. There were probably 7 employees back there. It was extremely unorganized and chaotic.
