Circle and Square in Oxford, MS, truly stands out as a beacon of craft beer excellence, making it an unforgettable stop on our trip to the area. The Full Ride Kolsch, in particular, deserves a special mention. It's unlike any other Kolsch I've ever tasted, with a unique flavor profile that sets it apart as perhaps the best Kolsch available. Additionally, the Slow Drawl also left a lasting impression, easily ranking as one of the finest beers I've ever had the pleasure of sipping. It’s what I imagine beer should taste like. Served in a dimple mug, the slow pour masterpiece is worth the wait. The Paint the Town Amber Ale and the Hill Country Cream Ale each brought their own delightful flavors to the table, enriching our dining experience with well-crafted brews that highlighted the brewery's dedication to quality and innovation. It was a refreshing break from the IPA heavy offerings at most craft brew pubs. The standout of our visit, however, was Austin, a recent Ole Miss graduate who not only provided expert advice on the selection of beers but also went above and beyond in welcoming my daughter, an incoming freshman. His engaging manner and deep knowledge of both the University and life's finer points were incredibly helpful. He even tackled some of her more unconventional questions with ease and enthusiasm, making our lunch visit immensely enjoyable. The food at Circle and Square was nothing short of spectacular. The Spiced Chicken Sandwich was a highlight, featuring flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared chicken that was a joy to eat. The giant pretzel, served with spicy ground mustard, was arguably the best pretzel I've ever had—soft, warm, and perfectly salted, it paired beautifully with the craft beer offerings. Our experience at Circle and Square was not just a meal; it was a memorable event that was enhanced by exceptional service, outstanding food, and extraordinary beers. It's a must-visit for anyone coming to Oxford, especially for those new to the Ole Miss community. Austin and the team at Circle and Square are doing something special, and it's definitely worth experiencing first-hand!

Great spot on the bike trail with lots of outdoor seating. Very dog friendly. But beer selection is a bit spotty and the quality is average. Cocktails and wine available.

Honestly, very impressed and pleased with Oxford's only brewery. My partner and I came to try it out after hearing glowing reviews from friends. We came on a late afternoon/early evening. The atmosphere was inviting. I love the open concept that has plenty of natural sunlight and open space. There is also a beautiful patio which gets sunlight but also has umbrellas for shade. The drinks options are phenomenal ranging from beer to cocktails and everything in between. Food looks, smells, and tastes wonderful. This might be my new place to hangout and get work done. So happy to have this in Oxford!

Love it! Some of the best craft beer ? I've had in quite a long time. Great burger, friendy folks. Outdoor tables right against the walking trail. Just screams "come hang out"!

The beers are hand crafted on site, each one distinctive and authentic to the style. The Oxtoberfest was the best beer I have ever tasted, sad that it won’t be back until the fall. However, there are several beers that are close runners-up including the excellent bock at present. The food is also very good, with a smashburger, chicken gyro and chicken torta worth the visit alone. Great location next to the old Ole Miss train depot.

So they cook weekly on campus at the Farmstand food truck. Today myself and a coworker both had the Bodega Burger. Another coworker had the breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious! I personally enjoyed the burger. The meat was seasoned well and the sauce was flavorful, but it didn’t take away from the burger itself.

Seems like this is not their 1st rodeo, great open warehouse style spot. Plenty of seating and counter-style ordering allowed us to learn a bit about the brewery and various styles being offered. Noise wasn’t bad and a good vibrant crowd.

So after 105 plus breweries I tried this one right up the road in Oxford, MS. It has great beer, friendly staff and decent food if a limited menu. They are fairly busy even on a Thursday night. It's a college town so keep that in mind. It walks the line between a southern and academic east coast brewery very well. Will definitely check back with them next time I'm in town.Recommend Hotter and Hazier and Breakfast Club.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit this past weekend in Oxford. We came to town to attend the LSU-Ole Miss women’s basketball game and left counting the days until we can return. It was a pleasure meeting Taylor and the rest of the crew. The barmaids were very helpful recommending and explaining each of the brews on tap. We will definitely be back!

Solid spot. Good beers that rotate frequently. Well thought out brewery with owners that really care. I disagree with some of the comments I see here about the food - I had a burger and really enjoyed it. By no means the best burger in town, but that wasn't what i was expecting. Just a cheap easy burger to snack on if you're hungry while drinking and watching the game. My only complain is I wish the kitchen had longer hours. I am rarely there at times when the kitchen is open. Highly recommend this spot. The type of place that I would go out of my way to support.

Great beer, food, and atmosphere. There's a ton of games you can play too. Only downside is there's almost always kids running around.

We had lunch. Ole Miss was on Christmas break so there weren't many customers.I had their cream ale and my wife had had an IPA. Both were excellent. The menu was very limited- four sandwiches (hamburger, chicken, hot dog, mushroom), one salad, and a few appetizers. Prices are reasonable.I had the burger with an extra patty. The patty is very thin so order the extra patty. My wife had the salad. We enjoyed both. They send a text when your food is ready so you can pick it up at the counter. They didn't ask for my number so I didn't get a text. I finally walked to the counter to check on my order and it was ready. Make sure that you give your telephone number when ordering. We will be back.

The Hotdog was a delight, I hate that my wife ate half of it ?
