I love Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee is awesome, they always get your orders right, the workers always have a smile on their faces, and their manager is welcome, making the experience overall delightful.
i love love love their food and coffee, and i never usually have a problem, but this has been an issue the last three times ive ordered this. why advertise it as a pancake wrap when youre going to just give me a tortilla? ive gotten the pancake wrap ONCE, and it was so good when i managed to get the right item, but the last three times ive tried to order it theyve given me the regular breakfast wrap. first time i figured meh, people make mistakes, who cares. second time my bf...read full review

Coffees are great, but every time I ask what doughnuts are fresh made that day, I get told they are all fresh. I order doughnuts and they are stale. I'm tired of getting lied to by the whole staff. Y'all should tell your customers the truth. Customer satisfaction is important.
