Do not go to this Krystal's location!! The food was disgusting! Which is so disappointing, because we've been there several times in the past when we were passing through the area. They have new people working there since our last visit of almost 2 years ago. We bought a 24 pack, which wasn't cheap. Only to open it up to some old hard burgers. It was just horrible! We will never go to to this location ever again. We never have that problem in Southaven,Ms. We should've returned them back to the store,but as I mentioned we were passing through the area. I regret not getting my 29 bucks back! Plus the food was cold. They had us waiting as if they were serving hot food. I'm so happy we didn't eat that mess, we probably would've been sick. Please run from this location!!! We will never stop at that location again! Just pathetic to serve customers old nasty looking food!

I just wished they could get it together. I like Krystal because it reminds me of White Castle. I have tried about 3-4 times within the last 3 months. They are quick to take your money but slow to serve your food.

It was 12:30 Saturday and when I pulled up I was told it would take 15 minutes for the krystsls so I ordered 2 chile pups, era told it would be $9 and some change. When I pulled up told told the gentleman the the price posted was wrong and he checked and was told he was right. Do I said forget about it. Also the gentlemen 6 inches nails were nasty.

No pics but none is needed for this review. Krystal burgers are simple comfort food. This franchise was very good. No complaints. Fast and courteous. Even the parking lot was clean. Order taken and was given to us without error.
So so so bad the food was so cold that it couldn't be eaten and waited 25 min for the order and still got ice cold food and they didn't care at all. Maybe the owner needs to find a crew that wonts to work and do the job right this is horrible food and service

The bread was hard the the patties looked like they had set out on the table for hours thwy were cold and nasty. You cant call to complain because they dont answer the phone. This place is a joke . Thos was at 8 oclock pm march 18th 2024. What a waste of my 30 dollars.
