They don’t pay their employees enough to keep decent staff and are constantly replacing people in order to pay them very little. I wouldn’t go back there and support a stingy

Honestly it’s so good, I got the combo pho to try tendon and meatballs for the first time in pho. Completely missed the tripe in the description, and honestly it was the best tripe (and pho) I’ve ever had. I wasn’t in a rush to get out but the girl who was there seated me immediately (they were pretty busy with the cold weather and snow) and when I was checking out we had a great conversation about my general aversion to tripe and astonishment that I loved the tripe in the pho, and the overall benefits to tendon (lots of collagen which is great for your skin/nails/hair/etc). I’ve been here before for their noodle bowls and I’m so glad their pho is just as good!!

The Pho broth was very good! Would have liked to have more Thai basil and jalapeño. The bowl had a generous amount of meat.We will return to this restaurant again.

No other pho or rice noodle dishes in Oxford can compare! Generous portion and the price is right. Good variety although availability of the bahn mi sandwich can be hit-or-miss. Drinks are usually consistent and always tasty. Service is always so polite and fast. We love coming here!

I only had the boba, but it's waay better than the place across the street. A little on the pricey side, but consider everything in Oxford is. It's not a town for regular people.Parking: Large parkinf lot. Pretty amazing to find in Oxford.

The pho here is consistently good! I’ve tried the Brisket and the Steak and Meatball pho and they are both delicious! The beef broth is so flavorful. You get a large portion with plenty of noodles and a plate of bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños. Add sauces to make it spicy if you like, but is delicious as-is. I always have some left over to take home. Be sure to check their hours during the week and around holidays before you go.Kid-friendliness: Kids pho is large portion, but no bean sprouts, basil, etc.

Waited 20 minutes while the wait staff assisted other customers and completely ignored me. Didn't even get to eat. I left and went somewhere else.

Came here today, and I was pleasantly surprised by the FANTASTIC pho and outstanding boba! They had so many different flavors and toppings for the boba. The pho had great flavor, the beef was cooked perfectly, and there were lots of condiments to add into the soup. Highly recommend pho Oxford to anyone and everyone! Service was great too, our waitress was so sweet! :)

Great food - abominable service. You could drive to Memphis and get better quality pho for an equal price with gas considered. Waited an hour the last time I went, and the restaurant was practically empty. Had to leave without my order and the staff was vaguely apologetic. It's clear that the owners are not very present. Also saw kitchen staff casually go to their vehicle about halfway through the long wait.Although I paid with cash, staff also fluidly flips the touchscreen tablets for a guilt tip percentage of overpriced food. This place has already rebranded once and will not last. At least there's still H20 as an alternative. I will never set foot in Mi & Tea again, and suggest the same.

Food is good. Boba is great. The boba is a little pricey but it didn't keep me from getting it.
