She was slightly rude as if serving customers was a problem.Several food items on the serving line were dried up as if they had been there for sn extended period.Young lady working the cash register was pleasant. She acted as if she was trying to make up her fellow worker attitude.

There are few things in life as disappointing as the Panda Express in the Union. I've worked here for seven years now and probably eaten here seven times. It seems I have to refresh my memory at least once a year on why I never bother. They NEVER have the side vegetable option. Most of the time I check before getting in line and opt for something else, but ever so often, I actually fall victim to hope. Seriously, why even list it as an option if you are never going to have it? There are few lunch-related experiences as irritating as being looked at like a Martian for having the audacity to order something listed on the giant menu overhead.Perhaps there is a reason some folks don't want the rice or noodles? If I'm in the mood to kill 1,000 calories on lunch, there are some much, much better was to do it than the generic wonderland that is a Panda Express.I can't necessarily fault them for not making something which no one buys, but if that is the case, stop pretending to offer it. So if you don't want to power bomb yourself with 500 calories of fried carbs, forget having a side. However, ordering two small entrees à la carte, which seems logical enough, costs a couple of bucks more than ordering the two-entree plate and just throwing away said 500 calories of fried carbs that you never wanted. Seriously, never again. This place is by far the biggest rip off in the student union.

The food here is decent. Not the best Panda Express I’ve been to but better than any other Chinese restaurants in town. So funny that the Chinese lady reviewed it so low. I’ve been to China several times. Worst food in Asia by far. Not sure why there are so few reviews. I thought the place was closed until I went yesterday.

I first want to point out, i like the food here, it's not as good as other resteraunts but the food is ready almost immediately so as a college student this is helpful for when i need to go to class soon after. However, i have a few complaints, i can't order more than one a la carte box. That's confusing, I tried ordering two, but they refused to let me order more than one, it's not like very many people actually buy the box itself so, why? Second complaint, the employees will try to cheat you. I gave the cashier two 5s and a 1 and she tried to hide one of my fives and demand another five. I noticed it and she pretended it was an accident. When i tried to ask for a manager they refused so i decided not to push it because i really wanted to eat. So yeah, dirty little theives trying to steal from people.
