The sandwich was pretty good. I had a foot long cold cut combo on white (cold). There were 4 or 5 people working the sandwich line. The first guy that started the line was not friendly. The rest of the line was great. They were busy and they were getting people in and out quickly. The restaurant was clean.
The big ugly white woman that preps the sandwiches made fun of us to a coworker right in front of us using all matter of cusswords after she forgot a part of our sandwich. She blamed us for her mistake. She's hateful and enjoys hurting others' feelings for fun. Absolutely horrible human being. That's all.

All their card tips go to the owners, not the employees. We tip for services, so I’m not sure HOW this is fair. Bring cash to tip employees if you go pls. It broke my heart to learn.

Every once in a while, I crave a subway club. And I'm never disappointed. Normally, I get a six inch, but my plans were to get a foot long and enjoy the second half later. And I really did, but it was just later that night, lol! There are no photos cause I gobbled it down. Club with toasted bread, pepperjack cheese, spinach, black olive, cucumbers, dill pickles, bell peppers, red onions, salt n pepper, vinegar and oil, with Chipotle sauce. Oh mercy, it was good!

Food was good poor service only because there was 1 person running the whole place left them a tip for having to work like that make the sandwich then cash you out poor lady was catching it.but did a great job considering.
The Manager really needs to order enough to last until they get their truck. Every week for years now it’s the same thing. Out of everything for the last 2-3 days before the truck comes. It’s ridiculous. I understand bonuses are based off food cost etc but my God. Can’t make the same money at a restaurant if you can’t serve people food when they try to order it because you don’t order enough food to actually last until your truck runs every week. It’s constant. YEARS NOW. Not only that, but they let the bread run down to almost being out before they make any more. Today they only had a few white and wheat loaves. Pulled multiple racks out of other types ( the kind I eat ) and said they could not serve me the bread until 30 minutes after they pulled it from the oven. Even though I said I’m okay with it being hot. They said they “ have to “ let it cool 30 minutes before they serve it. Yet, they ask if you want to heat or toast the bread that is cooled. Ummmm…??? It’s ridiculous that you have hardly any options for 3 out of 7 days a week and they let the bread run out completely before making more and refuse to let you get the fresh bread because it’s hot but then ask you if you want to warm your bread in the microwave. What?

I have not been to subway in years. The staff at this location was so friendly and pleasant. A young lady helped me tonight with my online order. She was so very sweet and helpful. The location is clean and nice. Would come back again. My visit was on 3/14/23 @730pm

The answer is two.Update 12/3/2022: If I order a Veggie & Cheese sandwich and you have me wait ten minutes while you fix orders in front of me and then when it's my turn to have my sandwich made and you say, "We're out of those veggies and I'm not going to cut any more up.", then you A) lose a sale, B) waste that food, C) waste my time, and D) get a bad review on Google. That guy should be fired.
