We had shrimp &crab ravioli and the veal piccata. Both were absolutely delicious. We topped it with Toffee Chess Pie! What more can I say!!! All was wonderful

I really wanted to love this place. It's cute and small and the food always looks so interesting online in photos. But alas. It was disappointing. The place is small which is fine and cozy. But the lack of sound dampening materials make it extremely loud. A space can be lively without being painfully loud. We started with a cocktail order. Mine did not arrive until after the entrees and after I asked the entree server to please check on it. My starter Cesar salad was much too wet and had an odd flavor. Too mayonnaisey? Or something? I don't know. It wasn't bright and delicious as Cesar dressing usually is. It was heavy and heavy handed. My husband got the mushroom ravioli with crab and shrimp. It was oddly flavorless. Bland. The toasted bread crumbs gave it a sandy mouth feel which is off putting for a seafood dish. Is it the breadcrumbs? Or is the seafood not clean? Who can tell. My steak was delicious. They recommend medium which is past my usual preference of medium rare but I accepted their recommendation. Alas it was more well done so much more cooked than I like. The flavor was good however. We weren't super impressed with the meal overall or the overlooked cocktail. I will add when it arrived, there was no apology for its late arrival. It just arrived. I did not even drink it all because I'm not a fan of chugging a cocktail with my entree. So it felt like wasted spending. We expected more from a place with a limited menu.

Tied with Saint Leo for best brunch in Oxford. Maybe a slight edge over Saint Leo even. Incredible menu along with tempting chalkboard specials, including chargrilled oysters. We had the oysters, steak and eggs, and a grouper Benedict. The grilled oysters would easily hold their own in NOLA. Steak and eggs perfectly cooked. And grouper Benedict was amazing including some of the best hollandaise sauce I’ve had anywhere. It was a five star meal.

Food was fantastic. Brussel sprouts not an easy vegetable to cook but perfectly cooked with char and wonderful flavors. Dumplings with white and black sesame seeds had balanced flavor with bit of a kick. Wedge done well and fries were perfectly cooked with homemade ketchup. $5 drinks topped off a wonderful meal.

First visit to Sola and very impressed. Had the snapper special which was as good as Kingswood (which is really quite a compliment). Great duck dumpling appetizer (dumplings were authentic and obviously handmade). Our server cheerfully had an off-menu dish (crab picata) made for my wife. Great service, good drinks. Sola has moved to the top 3 on my Oxford list.

This restaurant is a class all of its own. The food is superb, drinks phenomenal, and service is impeccable. If you have allergies or food restrictions no worries. The chef is amazing and can accommodate. That means no salad and fries for my vegans.

We stopped in as they were opening on a Friday evening as we had missed lunch. The staff was so friendly and informative. The food was wonderful. Great take on a TOT. The duck was wonderful. Loved the dumplings. Drinks were great.

Bad management. Came here with my wife after the game and by 700pm they ran out of food. We were lucky enough to at least get a couple drinks at the bar. Must of ran out of liquor as well because the drinks sucked.Seems like they lack the skills to order more food when they expect a big crowd. Don’t waste your time and money.

Came here on recommendation of an old sorority sister. Long wait time to start - which is to be expected on a Saturday night. We wanted to grab drinks at the bar. Spent about $150 on a few drinks before getting to the table.Order appetizer and salad - when I got my salad, I noticed a large bug - something with legs- IN MY SALAD.IMMEDIATELY NO.called the waiter over and they didn’t seem the least bit concerned or bothered. We asked for the check, because we were not about to eat another bite. DID NOT EVEN COMP THE SALAD. We were shocked. Paid and then left. I hope No one gets sick!!!!!

The menu is always evolving & changing with the seasons, while continuing to incorporate the fan favorites that made us fall in love with this place in the first place. Andy and the rest of the Top Tier bartenders are always pushing the envelope with their signature cocktails and new spins on classic drinks. Executive Chef & GM Erika Lipe has truly brought together the best old south favorites, while constantly innovating with new recipes. You combine that with the "25 and up" atmosphere & you have an evening worth writing home about. Book your reservations in advance, especially during the busiest days of the year(football season, double decker & graduation), as they book up extremely fast. 12 out of 10!!!! Highly Recommended!!!
