The service is always great but the food is never good at night. My waffles arent cooked all the way and grits were full of huge lumps. I love waffle house so I was super bummed the last few times I've come to this one.

First of all we waited for a long time to get our food. Everyone around us was served before us that came after us. The waitress had NO CLUE. we had to ask when our food was coming. When we got the food the hashbrowns were cold. Being from out of town it would not be my first pick to eat. POOR.

Had a roach crawling on the booth behind us. Staff did nothing but say, 'I think they just sprayed for bugs', It eventually crawled on the floor, where I stepped on it. The staff saw me the whole time. They left it on the floor and couldn't be bothered to clean it up. Was still there when we left. So gross.
This waffle house is pretty new. The food was amazing (patty melt). The workers were scrubbing all the surfaces to maintain the cleanliness. The bathrooms were spotless.
