The white woman in her 50’s screamed at my daughters because the person at the mic didn’t take their other correctly. She screamed at them telling them it was their fault for holding up the line when it wasn’t it was the workers fault. They placed 2 separate orders and were only given one with a side of verbal abuse. This is disgusting behavior and not a way to talk to to the poeple PAYING you for service. They could have handeled this in a much better way and explained what was wrong but instead she decided to take all of her anger out on my 16 and 18 year olds. Disgusting. i will not be coming here again. FIRE THIS WOMAN SHE IS INSANE.

Sat in line for over 25 minutes to be told, we’ll take your order when we can. Took another 20 minutes before she claimed she was 1 of only 2 workers. Wasted everyone’s time in line. If you can’t staff the restaurant just close the damn thing.

Went to location on Sisk Avenue in Oxford, MS…could not get served in restaurant. About 12:15 PM, long drive thru line, 6 or 7 people inside. Two Wendy’s employees were walking out (break?) as I walked in.No one was taking orders at the counter. A couple of employees were slowly “going through the motions”, filling orders. No one cared.After 10-15 minutes, the people in line, left. Awful service, and no responsible supervision of the Resturant.

I got a jr bacon cheeseburger without the cheese. They follow this request well every time. I don’t buy the biggie bag because I didn’t want chicken nuggets, but it would have been cheaper to buy that combo instead of the bacon jr cheeseburger combo. Usually the fries are hot, but unfortunately not this time. I’ll still be back.

I don't think I've ever felt more awkward, receiving or paying for my order from a restaurant. Both employees did not say a single word to me were very rude handed me my order and just slammed the window shut noting I did order $20 worth of food but you know you can still be rude. Thankfully I probably won't come back just for the way they treated me. I understand people have bad days, but your job is customer service.

OMG...Wendys Nacho Cheese Burger is everything,and Big enough for two to dine on it.If your looking for a little heat in your burger this would be the one..bun is packed with Jalapenos baked in... smother in cheese nacho of course and toppled inside the delicious roasted corn nuts! WoW I love this burger..!!!!
