The guy doing carryout orders is illiterate. Not being mean, but if you can’t read you shouldn’t be handling carryout. I placed an online order, and I get here and I wait 10 minutes, and the guy asks me about 3 tickets that were clearly not my name. Then someone calls the store, and his coworker says that the person calling is the person that got my order. I’ve been here for 40 minutes and they still haven’t given me my remake yet. Someone else needs to handle carryout so these mistakes don’t happen. They also are very understaffed. The staffing is a management issue.

Food took absolutely forever to come out. Wings were dry as all get out and the fries don't even get me started on those soggy nasty things. Lady that took our order rushed us to review the place while we waited on food and now I know why. I'll NEVER walk back in a wing stop! AWEFUL!

Just ordered from here again. The past few times I've ordered my wings are sitting in nothing but oil instead of the actual lemon pepper rub so they basically have no flavor. I'm very upset because they aren't cheap so it's basically like a waste of my money! I don't know if they hired new people that don't know how to season the wings or what but probably not going to order from them anymore since the quality isn't that great anymore.

horrible waited an hour as it said to be there in thirty minutes went at thirty minutes said the chicken wasnt done (they had even dropped them in the fryer yet) wait 20 more minutes for them to finish and then on top of that they got the sauces wrong and it was the wrong order the dispatcher said to remember the number 56 as an order and doesn't ask for a name and when i get there they ask me for a name that was never even said then when it was done they said the order was for someone named sallie

I stop by to get dinner for my family and it turn into a horror show. My 12 year went in to pay for the food as I parked at the front door and she came out and said that guy is mean. She said he was rude when she asked was the dressing in the bag. After we looked through the bag I noticed we did not have any dressing after purchasing a 30 piece wing meal. When I walked back in the restaurant,I asked for the dressing and the guy yelled YOU DO NOT GET DRESSING! If you want it you will buy it. I held my wallet up and said that’s fine . I was just asking since we ordered a 30 piece meal. I was going to purchase it but I felt he was being shady so I left.When I was fixing my daughter plate she said the wings were hard and greasy so I had to take all the wings out the boxes and pat them with paper towel. The bottom of the boxes were full of grease. I will NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I am sure the guy being rude was the manager so this review probably will never be addressed. Poor customer service with disgusting ? greasy wings. Thanks Wing Stop for ruining my family wing night!!!! See oil pit in picture below!!!

Spent 20 minutes on the phone with wingstop? Just for them to transfer me to the business and they didn't have my order in I am done. I only like the corn anyway. The chicken is nasty.Parking: It's good parking because it's always empty.

Worst chicken sandwich ever! Nothing but dry bread, and the wing sauce the chicken breast was dipped in. Fries were cold. I'm never getting a chicken sandwich from there again. If you like wings, they're great, but just chicken and bread don't make a sandwich. No cheese, mayonnaise, or anything! Get a chicken sandwich anywhere else. Only go to Wing Stop for wings.
