This place is a joke. Ordered two medium cones. First one came out smooshed and smaller than a small cone and then 10 min later they finally produced the other one. Had hardly any dip on it and was melting everywhere. I asked for a small cup and a little more dip since it didn’t have the whole thing covered. Lady slammed the window finally came back a few min later and said that would be 1.40. I was shocked. 2 cones. Both way smaller than they should be. No dip in half of one. I asked for the manager he said to bad we weigh our cones and pay or get nothing. I just drove away. I’m lace needs new management asap

Drive through. The service was excellent. The lady that helped me was very nice. In and out. First time eating here. I would go again.
Was there tonight, right around 7pm. No one came to the counter to wait on us. 3 employees looked right at us and never made an attempt to take our order. After 10 minutes we left. I think I saw on employee in the parking lot "taking a break." Very disappointed, will not be back.

I just ate there tonight. 1/30/24 around 6-7pm.I eat DQ all the time just haven’t tried this location yet. Out with my 5 month old twins and grandparents for literally the first time ever.My veteran grandfather who has Alzheimer’s picked up our trash without us realizing and went to throw it away. Unfortunately we didn’t recognize that he put it up on the counter by mistake.The employee behind the bar publicly humiliated all of us and my grandfather. She yelled loudly “did you put this trash here!?!” It took us a minute to realize our pawpaw had done it by accident. I replied yes I’m sorry my grandfather did but Il take care of it.She yelled in front of the entire restaurant “yeah well we have trash cans I don’t need this on my counter” I hurried to her and whispered “he has Alzheimer’s Mam!” To which she responded “oh well yall need to learn to help him”. I was shocked but said Mam it was an accident!! She scurried to the back yelling be for real… be for real….My husband attempted to talk to the manager (who otherwise seemed like a great guy) but he pretty much just said “I understand.”I cannot believe how unsympathetic this lady was. Our family has been through hell the past few years and all we wanted was a meal out as a family. Instead we are spending the night consoling my grandfather who is aware that he made someone upset but can’t understand why. He literally said “I thought I was helping her” I hope she reads this just to know what her lack of compassion caused.

We ordered two medium sized blizzards at this location and they didn’t want to take cash at the end of the day. Plus my wife’s order was almost completely melted. The manager was so rude to us and instead of refunding us we were told they were going to make us another one. Well they gave us the small size instead of the medium as purchased. This franchise needs to replace their management!

Very wonderful experience. The staff was super nice and very helpful. One of the employees even came out to my car to make sure that I got both of my shakes because he didn't see me with both of them. I can't tell you the last time somebody at her fast food restaurant gave me this kind of service. Please whatever you do go eat at dairy Queen.Kid-friendliness: Lots of high chairs
I thought they were supposed to turn blizzards upside down before handing it to you and they never turn them upside down for me .. I don't know for all I know they could have stopped doing that LOL but other than that the food's good and love the ice

Greatly improved. The professionalism with drive through was a huge plus. Property is neat and tidy. Order was correct and delicious. The speaker in drive thru needs assistance!

I ordered a dipped cone,blizzard and a pup cup and they were thrown together . My cone was dripping so badly I kept it outside of my car because it was so messy!! The blizzard was so thrown together and didn’t taste very well…. Good thing is the pup cup was a winner with my dog but the person in the window clearly didn’t want to be there and it showed.
