Our recent visit to the restaurant on a bustling Friday night came with its share of anticipation, primarily due to the wait time we encountered upon arrival. Despite this, the experience we had was unequivocally worth every minute spent in anticipation. The array of flavors we were introduced to that evening was truly exceptional.Among the highlights of our meal were the CB Sushi rolls, which offered a delightful twist on traditional sushi, presenting a fusion of flavors that were both innovative and deeply satisfying. The Korean tacos were another standout, brilliantly marrying the bold flavors of Korean cuisine with the classic taco form in a way that was both surprising and utterly delicious. To top off an already memorable meal, the brownie ice cream dessert was simply divine, combining the warmth of a rich, gooey brownie with the cool, creamy texture of ice cream - a perfect end to a fantastic dining experience.Adding to the ambiance of the evening was the live music that filled the space, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere. The musicians were incredibly talented, their performance enhancing our dining experience and contributing to a truly fantastic night out.In summary, the wait was a small price to pay for the culinary adventure we embarked upon. The combination of amazing food, lively music, and an overall vibrant atmosphere made our visit memorable. We are already looking forward to our next visit, eager to explore more of what this remarkable establishment has to offer.

Sushi quality is the best we've had in the gulf coast!!! From Waveland to Alabama line this was by far the best. Well worth the drive!

The food was great, you get a lot for your money's worth! Service was kinda slow when I went but I was also told that there were a lot of orders backed up at that time. As for the atmosphere, it was very bar like, very loud and just people sitting/standing at a bar. But that is mostly from me being an introvert and not very outgoing so take the 3 stars with a grain of salt lol.

Go, just go. Great service and awesome food. The shrimp and grits were some of the best I've ever had. Crayfish balls are a must try. Sushi was fresh and delicious.

I was invited by a local friend who had a very positive experience over dinner here with live music earlier in 2023. However, our lunch visit was unfortunate as the amount of Salmon I had in my Phried Philly Roll was about 1 ounce? I literally picked apart every roll and could not believe what this Restaurant called 'Sushi'. Rice, Rice, Rice... The Spring Rolls were excellent. My partner's Black Pearl Roll was the opposite of mine and had normal Sushi Portions. Showed the Waitress, Megan, the Micro Salmon in my Philly Roll and she told Management who was to busy to talk with us. They did promise to 'Think about it IF I came back again...' Wow... Not a chance for $50 for Lunch for 2. Salmon is $10 a pound in Pensacola and I honestly believed I was entitled to at least 2-3 ounces for 10 rolls. They did have plenty of Salmon on the Ice Display right in front of us. Great Item to order if you love RICE...LOTS OF RICE. We have no intentions of returning. JP

Best shrimp and grits I've ever had. I have lived on the Carolinas east coast and this was an incredible dish. Lighted breaded shrimp and a light crust on the grit cake. Bang Bang sauce topped it off!

I really wish I could rank this 4.5 stars. The food is excellent and there are some creative menu choices. Their sushi is not the typical selection but instead some pretty unique options (for example one roll, made with crawfish, is called the Awesome Crawsome). Excellent house salad. It's a bit on the pricey side. I typically get out for about $30-35 per person with an entree and a drink. I personally don't care for the dark interior with no natural light but their big draw is live music, which they excel at. If I were a big music fan I would definitely give them 5 stars. Overall, I highly recommend them.

Since this was my first time visiting Pascagoula, I did what every smart person should do, check Trip Advisor. So, that’s what I did, went looking for a place to eat, and the recommendation suggested Jacks by the Tracks. Jacks is an awesome restaurant, with a unique menu of choices and the best wait staff ever. I’ve got to give Jennifer her props, she was absolutely amazing! She was tremendously helpful in helping us navigate the menu, offer recommendations for desserts and just a downright superstar. By the way, the food was sooooo delicious, I recommend Jacks by the Tracks.

Best resturant in my downtown area. I can come there more often next time. I might get a job there as well but as a dishwasher.
