Only 2 cars in line and it took 45 minutes to get my 12 cheers Krystal’s to me and they skipped me in line one bringing me my food! This is shameful and I wouldn’t eat here again but on the positive side I did watch two drunk girls peeing in the parking lot now that was PRICELESS! Food service suck really bad

It’s filthy and apparently there isn’t a health inspector in the area. Message to the owner…. Shut it down. Remodel and clean it or cut your losses. The people working there don’t care and can’t put an order together to save their lives.

After knowing the kind of wait that is involved in going to this store, I ordered online to try to skip the wait. I arrived 2 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready by and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order even though there wasn't a single car in their parking lot. Then to top it off when I got home I noticed that neither of the two Roadie drinks had a single piece of ice in them and they were flat tasting. Also, I order 24 cheese krystal's and 12 of them were supposed to have chili on them and didn't. So I paid over $7 for chili that I didn't receive on my 12 krystals. And the food all tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. It all tasted horrible. Tonight was the final straw for me with Krystal's. I definitely will not ever be back to another Krystal's ever again. And I will definitely be letting everyone I know not go there unless they want horrible food that isn't prepared fast enough to be considered fastfood.

Yikes. That's all I can say. I've never been to a Krystal and I never will again. The employees were not attentive and super slow. The place is dated and dingy and doesn't look (and feel) clean. Food was not even mediocre, it was only barely edible. Entirely unpleasant experience .

TERRIBLE !!! DO NOT COME HERE !! i ordered grits with pickles and ketchup they gave me sweet tea instead of salty tea and put mustard in my grits instead of ketchup!! i was so mad ! to make matters worse i walked in on the employees getting down to business in the ROACH INFESTED RESTROOM! this is the worst experience I've ever had the disadvantage of witnessing

I’m sad to leave this review. I don’t like leaving less than stellar reviews. I truly hope things improve at this location. It feels very sad and heavy in this place. Almost everyone seems angry and unwelcoming and I’m not exactly sure why. Could be negative work environment or low pay or maybe they’ve encountered too many rude customers and just don’t care anymore? I tried to be friendly but was met with cold stares and flat tones. I genuinely almost asked if I could pray for the guy. I feel like I should have! A different cashier helped my husband and she had the same demeanor so I think it’s the environment. Maybe give them all raises or a party or something?Anyway the food was okay. It wasn’t terrible and it wasn’t great. Good thing is that it was correct.If any employees that work there read this please know that there is more to life than this. There is a God who loves you more than you could ever know. I truly hope things get better for y’all!

Absolutely disgusting!! First time ever trying this place/restaurant, we're from out of town. The service was awful and the food matched the service, absolutely horrifying! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! Ugh! Grey meat, cold food, and just gross! Maybe it's just this location, but definitely won't be trying another Krystal Burger for awhile! Ew!
Stopped thru drive thru on 11/9/2023 in the Afternoon Was greeted by drive thru guy that had a hot mic and was too busy messing around with other employee. Wife and I had simple order 6 double cheese no mustard, 6 doubles no cheese, and no pickles, and two large drinks. Waited around 10 minutes finally got order. went home. 6 double cheese had Mustard, 6 double burgers had pickles. Spent over $38.00 every part of order was Wrong. When it costs that much for a meal, you at least hope that they get it Right. So Much for this joint wont stop here again.

Went through drive thru, was asked to pull around the car in front of us, who was also waiting on their food. Then a third car came around. The third car got there food before we did and then she asked me what I ordered. I lol and then told her.
