At drive up I was told that they could take my order, but I had come inside to get my order. They were not serving through the window. This McDonald location is a disgrace to the city. I left as well as the car ahead of me and the two behind me.The food and service always is below parr. It is just a convenient location and I always hope it will change my next time. There will be no more next time. This was 9:30 AM. Not a busy time!

I’m sad I just lost my go-to McDonalds. Manager there was so rude to me and my mom. All we were trying to do is get my moms tea corrected (it was all she ordered so obviously we couldn’t just let it go). Drive thru attendant had a huge attitude with us. To the point that I calmly asked to speak to a manager (I’ve never done this in my life) and she said she WAS the manager and that she wasn’t giving us her name. She shut the window and left us there waiting. We drove around to park after about 4 minutes of waiting at the window (as to not hold up the line). We walked inside and all the employees had been instructed not to help us… next thing I know there is a COP coming in. They called the COPS ON US for asking to speak to a manager !
4:40pm waited in line at drive thru. Watched the three cars ahead of me have their orders taken and pull around to pay. I pull up to order and was rudely told they aren't taking any orders without further explanation. McDonald's will no longer get any orders from me. This isn't the first time this has happened.Only get one star because it is required. I give their service a zero.

They let me order &&& pay for burritos but didn’t have any then forced me to take sausage biscuits then instead of the strawberry jelly I asked for I was given grape and some orange juice that tastes like lime
