The food here isn't bad. That is if you can manage to get the food that you ordered in its entirety. It has become a more occurring thing lately that I go through drive-thru and order the same thing everytime. Two(2) caniac combos, no slaw, extra fries with a Dr pepper and a sprite, and a box combo no slaw extra fries with a sprite. And more times than not they mess my order up and give me two box combos. At this point I'm just gonna start boycotting canes and take my business elsewhere. I just don't understand how you can look at a screen that tells you the order you're putting together and still mess that up.

Food is always good but unfortunately the drive thru has slowed down drastically. I have sat in line twice this week for more than 15 minutes. They need to do better. One of the reasons I liked y'all. Was because you could get in and out in 5 minutes. It's just as bad as the other drive thru in pascagoula.

The food is always good. But seems every time i visit this location my order is wrong. Kids(teens) running the drive thru, playing ot on they're phones. Why repeat back my order just to get get wrong?! Management needs to do better in regards to customer service and ensuring orders are done correctly....

Tried for the first time,disappointed with chicken fingers, sandwiches and canes sauce. Chicken fingers were not crispy and small in size for the price charged, Canes sauce tasted like flavored ranch and chicken sandwich was flavor less. May be it’s not my kind of place.

I usually don’t complain about canes and this one at that , but I went around 6:30 pm to get some food and I wasn’t very pleased. I asked for two combo boxes one with no slaw extra fries and one with no slaw extra toast and extra tender , and both with extra sauce.For some odd reason they put the extra tender in a separate smaller box I mean that’s no biggie just odd. They didn't give me extra fries nor extra sauce which you can see I did pay for. It’s only 39 cents but I definitely had some flavorless chicken. The line was so busy I didn’t even want to bother going in and asking for sauce. My cup was also completely filled with ice which I know isn’t supposed to be slap full. When I got to the window I was there forever and the young man told me the total and was not very talkative or polite giving us the food. For someone who is a past canes worker this Canes isn’t the best. The food was excellent as well the young lady taking orders but I’m not very happy because we all know Canes is expensive and I definitely didn’t get what I payed for. I know night shift usually tends to slack the most I just wish night shift worker would work harder and put up the pace??♀️
