Literally every time I get a sandwhich it's messed up one way or another. My partner picked then up tonight they were supposed to me toasted and where not called and complained and was told no my friend your sandwich isn't cold and was toasted while I'm sitting at home it in my hand must have been in my house telepathically. I will drive the other 5 mins to go to the other one.

I've eaten here 3 different times with my coworkers (we get it to go every time) and they have messed my sandwich up every single time. Missing ingredients, flat out wrong ingredients, churro was hard as a brick, they barely put any ingredients on your sandwich. I don't know how my sandwich has tasted plain every time I've eaten here, but somehow it's always plain and gross. Storefront is clean and tidy, but I think they should put some more effort in making their food correctly.

This is the second or third time that I've ordered a footlong and been charged for a footlong but gotten a 6 inch. My order is usually messed up by forgetting something or just completely making my sandwich wrong. Ever since they opened I have consecutively only seen 3 different workers and I'm pretty sure they aren't making an effort to hire new staff.

They are charging for the series subs which have 33% more meat but providing the same amount as the classic subs. Also they are not properly using points. Reduced the amount of points I could use once I scanned my phone. I will continue to go to Denny avenue Subway. This was my second attempt since they reopened and I am not impressed at all.

Steak and chicken subs are cool, but the toppings and meat are skimpy. I hate why they put the meat in lil trays, it gets dry

2 stars only because they do not accept coupons! Was really disappointed that the other subway nearby is closed for remodel so they decided not to accept any coupons I guess because they have no competition while they are closed. Was not expecting to spend double when I arrived and went to pay to be told they aren't accepting coupons right now. So much for my buy 1 get 1 free coupon for lunch! Disappointed at the greed.
