I wouldn't eat here. I'm not sure how they would pass a food safety inspection, assuming they even do that here. The dining room was dirty, the food tasted old, and the restrooms were both falling apart and lacked basic necessities like hot water & soap. No way for the guy cooking your fish to adequately wash his hands. I'm just hoping I don't get sick after eating here. I couldn't even finish my fish it was so bad.

HORRIBLE SEVICE. PATHETIC EMPLOYEES. Can't rate the food because I NEVER GOT IT. Went to the Pearl location today to pick up lunch 45 minutes AFTER they opened. Ordered. Paid. Was told by the cashier to pull up & wait. I waited 15 minutes. Drove back around to the window & sat ANOTHER 15 minutes before the cashier would EVEN open the window. & she was standing RIGHT THERE. I demanded my money back. She told me I HAD to pull up AGAIN. Then a male manager/cook came out telling me they had JUST opened. By this time they had been open for over an hour. I REPEATEDLY asked for a refund until he FINALLY got my receipt & went & got me my money. NEVER IN LIFE WILL I EVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Really good service here. I was kindly acknowledged and spoken to by all three employees on shift 9/7/23 at 11:22. Very courteous and professional. Fast service and well prepared food. Great customer service.

This location is as alright. As a manager, I’d probably have it looking a bit more cleanly. The sauce dispenser didn’t work. The sweet tea was great. The helper at the counter was great. The food wasn’t bad. I got fish and fries. I would eat only if I had a hankering for captain Ds. Didn’t disappoint, didn’t impress. 6/10

Me , my wife and son and daughter n law stop in here to check this place out and it's been a long time since I've visited here and we got the special menu and it was very reasonably priced but after we got our food it wasn't very much for what we paid for it and was kind of a disappointment but the food was good and the cashier was very nice but after we had eaten and we had our drink with the meal which we had to pay separate for it and as we was getting a refill we noticed on the ice machine there was green stuff behind where the ice falls and it was a big disappointment and we almost rejected our food after seeing that and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time so we poured our drinks out and ask to speak to the manager and he was glad to assist us and we showed him what we saw and we ask for a refund on our drinks and he was gladly to give us a refund because of what we saw and that was nice of him but there's no telling what was inside where they put the ice from the top , he said he was going to clean it up but I hope we don't get sick from that green slime looking stuff and they need to clean that place better and I'm sure health department would shut them down and they didn't have tissue in the restroom and that would be a bad moment for someone and be stuck with no tissue to use so I had to tell the cashier to put tissue in the restroom and he was just standing around and it wasn't very busy at all , just a couple of people in the restaurant and he could have checked the restrooms why he wasn't doing anyting of my opinion after seeing all that I doubt we will be returning again, so if you get a drink in there I would check the ice machine very well before you get ice and they need a lot of improvement just giving everyone heads up ??
