We went last night for my mom's birthday, a decent size party. They had just had a baseball team walk in with over 30! The hostess did everything she could to get us seated, within 10 minutes of waiting she had us good to go!Our server was actually supposed to just help the server but she did all the work and for a teen she was excellent! We had a really good time, food was great and the staff was even better!

The country fried steak was way overcooked and cold. The whole meal was cold as if it had been sitting there for a while. Very disappointed.

Usual cracker barrel atmosphere. Food was undercooked and poorly prepared. Staff was friendly but didn't ask to refill water.

Been here plenty of times. Each time gets worse and worse. This time our food looked and tasted like it was sitting out all day and then heated in the microwave. The waitress was nice and you can tell overworked. She took our complaint to a manager and manager said if we didn't pay full amount she the waitress would. We paid full amount and told manager never coming back she said fine we don't like crackers anyway.
We came in for late dinner. Use Cracker barrel a lot on our trips and close to home. Our server, Daniel, a young man was rushed and did not get drink order correct 3 times. Perhaps he is new but seemed like he was overwhelmed. Otherwise CB is always our first pick and will continue. Food is always great.

My food was so garbage…Everything was burnt and overcooked…But my waiter was real nice and sweet thats the only reason I give it 2 stars….waited 40 minutes jus for burnt bacon and burnt pancakes and overcooked eggs

I had the fried catfish my husband had the 4 piece chicken. Both fish and chicken was not over or undercooked and neither was greasy. It was so good. Waiter was very nice and made sure we always had what we needed.
