Seen the drive thru sign for the crawfish, so I decided to stop by. First off, the crawfish were tiny, couldn't even enjoy ripping off a full tail, Considering the fact it's still early in the year. Hm. Then when the guy gave me my order, he told me too they were out of the corn I ordered so he threw in some "extra potatoes" Not the kind of bargain I'd buy. The only thing that brought me was the drive thru sign so I wont be back.

They are very friendly people, they work in order, and is very organized. There's no long wait for your food and the food is always seasoned perfectly and it's always delicious. Area is clean and I love how the employees smile and converse with everyone. It's been that way every year and that's why I shop with them every year and I always recommend them to family, friends etc.....

After passing many crawfish stands on my drive from Mobile, AL to Jackson, MS, I decided that my dinner should be crawfish. I checked into my hotel, and started to research where to get them. Unfortunately, they were all either a decent drive away, or $15.99 per pound. Dejected, I ate some granola bars that I keep in my bag, and went for a stroll through the outlets. As I exited the hotel, I saw a truck with a sign for crawfish. Curios, I took a stroll, and chatted with one of the employees. The seasoned water smelled wonderful, and his southern hospitality won me over, so I decided that I will be doing crawfish for dinner after all. At just $6.99 per pound, and with a credit card machine, this definitely beats the local competition. It took about 20 minutes for the crawfish to boil, and I happily returned back to the hotel with my bag of three pounds of crawfish, two potatoes, and two corn. It took me a solid hour to eat them, the experience almost meditative because of the repetitive motion, and concentration required, and worth every penny. I'm a big eater, so I ended up having dessert of a Stroopwafel, and with the granola bars I had earlier, it was the perfect amount. I can't wait to come back here, and repeat the experience.
