Very loud. The waitress acted like she was in a rush, three of us at the table. Two of us got our food, she served two other tables then brought out the third plate which was cold. Didn’t get our appetizer until we were almost done eating. Got the spice levels wrong on all three plates. Charged us for three lobster tails, that we never ordered or received, only to find out they belonged to the table behind us. And they had our appetizer. The waitress tried to switch the lobster tails and the appetizer between the tables then got upset when I told her we didn’t want an appetizer that had been sitting at someone else’s table for over 30 minutes, even if it hadn’t been touched. She was clearly in over head but assured us and the other table she wasn’t new and had everything under control. When we asked for refills on our drinks she brought all of us water. Why? Who knows.

I guess that’s what I get for ordering the special. The service was almost nonexistent. Hostess was great, but my server was inattentive. Barely came to the table, took 20 mins to bring my extra sauce which I ordered with my food & asked for 2 times after. Never got my alcoholic beverage, but charged me for it. Didn’t get 1 single refill. I’ve never sent my food back to the kitchen in any restaurant, but this was the closest I’ve been to doing so. I don’t mind spending $ on food/experiences but I hate I spent close to $200 on this mediocre experience. Oh well, lesson learned.

Me and my Fiance came in at 7:35 and we got sat down and everything was fine. They were slow and I’m thinking we’ll have a wonderful dinner And get our food fast and our drinks with no problem. We had to wait till 7:50 for someone to even acknowledge. And I said you know what it’s fine they might be in the back getting slammed and needing help. We finally got them to ask for drinks we had to wait ten- twenty mins to get our drinks. Food was wonderful besides they ran out of crawfish which isn’t their fault but the fact the manager and all the ppl who were working ordered McDonald’s and sitting there eating. Made me feel like they didn’t care and I feel like it was disrespectful ,,, food and drinks are wonderful but the people that are working here not so great! There’s only one guy who really makes us want to come here but we’ll only be able to come during lunch because it seems like that’s the only time he’ll be here. He always welcomes us and always checks on us so you guys need more of him if you wanna keep this place successful

First let me start off by saying the bags of seafood is so bland. To top it off my crawfish had a rancy taste. When I spoke with the manager she ask me to dig in my bag and take them out and she will replace them bc she can not take it off my bill bc it was a combo deal. You can tell she just did not want to deal with a complaint. But thats part of being a manager. When she bought them back out they was just not good. Crawfish is in season now ,so they need to get fresh live crawfish to cook not frozen. My husband oysters had a rancy taste. He just didn't send back bc the manager was not friendly. My son shrimp poboy was bland, no season at all. The waitress was friendly and had excellent customer service but the manager had no people skills or just did not want to deal with my complaint. That is my first and last time eating at this establishment.

For a new-ish chain, it already seems tired. The wait staff unsure or indifferent, the food carelessly and poorly prepared, the decore left from previous business. Too greasy, to spiced, too unhappy an experience. The only thing that was good was the fries.

Excellent variety of seafood and boils. I got the Thursday special, which was a great value and all of the food was fresh and tasty! They also have a great variety of mixed drinks, which are also reasonably priced. All in all, Juicy Seafood is definitely worth checking out!
