In Jackson for work this week and decided to try Little Willie's. The place is awesome!! Sizable portions, the brisket and sausage were fire. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Pearl.

I got the rib plate and OMG ??? the ribs were so unseasoned and SOFT. They were obviously lazy cooked by boiling then smoking ?. I am a BBQ LOVER! This was a HARD ew. I tried them 3x and was disappointed every TIME! That potato salad was an epic fail! Even the fries was nasty, how?????? Smh nahhhhhh ion know what these folks in the comments eating and saying good but it AIN’T this.
The ribs were boiled first then smoked on the grill.. As a bbq critic i was very very disappointed! The pitmaster choose the shortcut method instead of the quality smoke method. The ribs wre horrible!! Those were unseasoned water rbibs!!!????

Good food and fast service. I had the pulled pork plate. Meat was tender and juicy. Fried okra was fresh too. Definitely will come back.

BBQ had excellent flavor, would highly recommend, only downfall was service was a little slow but not bad. Still very worth checking out!
