Absolutely disgusting. Scorched grease used to fry everything. Items used in garlic fries were spoiled. Found a 12” hair in my garlic fries!!! This was my first time eating at a Rally and I heard great things about the fries but this has made me say, “never ever again!” to the entire franchise. No one has money to just give away….

Always fresh food when I order close to midnight. No matter the time, good prices, these people need a raise.
Literally came to get food for lunch here, and the employees are working hard and very friendly, but while working and preparing food, there are several different locations of water leaking out of the roof inside of the kitchen on to the employees and onto the food. Whoever is the owner of this establishment should be ashamed of yourself. For treating your employees and your customers this way!

Hispanic girl at the window was rude. She made a snarky comment about asking for the sauce at the speaker and closed the window before I could even respond. Yet she rushed through the order and last time I checked she works for rally’s. Even McDonald’s ask what sauce would you like. Just do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s. I guess I was supposed to do her job also and get straws for our drinks. If you don’t work to work at Rally’s then simply don’t
