I ordered in the drive-through a bacon breakfast wrap, Mozzarella sticks, 2 corn dogs and a burger. I paid cash at the window and received my food (I thought). When I Get home I notice my burger is not in the bag.. So I call the store (within a few minutes because I live close to the store) The girl said she was sorry and she thought the burger was in the bag. So before i drove back to the store I checked my vehicle because it could have fallen out and I just did not see it. Well I didn’t see it so I returned to the store, and showed my receipt to the little boy at the window and he slides the window mostly shut and says “he’s here” Well the I assume “manager” comes to the window and asks what is going on. The “he’s here” tells me I should not have to explain it!! So at this point I’m starting to get frustrated but again I explain what’s going on..He then states he remembers my order because he made it.. and the burger was in the bag.. I then state the burger wasn’t in the bag but whatever I’ll purchase another one.. I’m not about to argue over a $6 burger.. At this point the young boy who has been standing at the window since the “he’s here” comment was made. Decided he was gonna add his opinion as the window was closing. Saying yeah you can buy the burger again.. Now I’m pissed so I said some choice words to the little boy and just drove off. If you wanna pay for food you don’t get, or some cold food then I recommend this place. Other than that the manager I dealt with was terrible and so was the food I did actually receive. However after leaving Sonic I stopped at Arby’s and my food was hot and fresh and was actually in the bag I paid for..

Ordered online tonight (12/21/2023) said would be done at 5:21 wasn’t busy at all waited 45 minutes. We were missing a drink the food was cold and sides were half empty. Not impressed at all. They said they never got the order but the cook said he remembered making it. We come at least once every 2 weeks but will try to stay away for a while.
Old fashion drive in. I had a craving for a chli cheese coney with onions. It didn't disappoint.

I remember when a sausage breakfast burrito had enough sausage to taste because sonic breakfast burrito inspired me to like breakfast burritos however now it's barely enough sausage to notice its in there I then asked about the Texas toast sausage and ess sandwich and it's only supposed to be 1 pattie and an extra patty would have cost the sandwich alone 7 plus dollars for a sandwich I'll ne very go back again nothing there is worth the money they need to go out of business as soon as they can it's too many places a person can get an entire breakfast for the price of a sandwich just pitiful waisted $5 for a egg burrito

These are the cleanest sonic bathrooms I've seen! Great place to stop on a road trip.

The first spot I pulled into had a disabled unit... so, pulled to the next and placed order but the card unit didn't work.. Definitely need repairs on those things. Service was great and food was too.
The young man carhop is so nice. Appreciate him for bringing my items out for my online order.

The workers at night are so rude but they expect a tip. My blast was almost 8 bucks and it barely had ice cream and toppings in it. My sister asked for whip cream and they didn’t put any on her blast and then when she asked for the worker to put some on it, the worker just grabbed it, slammed the window and brought it back. I paid on the screen and the employee Chad came out and said it didn’t go through so I paid another way. Before that I asked chad to check again that it didn’t go through because I paid just right before he came out because I was having difficulty with the screen. He was completely arrogant about it and didn’t want to. Come to find out the transaction went through the first time when I paid on the screen so I ended up paying twice for no reason ! Not only did he lie but my order was wrong as well ! Employees need more training and not to disrespect customers when dealing with their money and food. Never coming back because of CHAD
