The food was great, but the service was nonexistent. Everything is done on a kiosk. When my food came out, they hurried to put it on the table and left with half of my order wrong and little to no conversation. Once my orders were corrected, the food was great.
Burger was cold. Meat was not even warm. Bbq sauce chilled burger even more. If I accidentally press extra bbq sauce I still want it proportioned to where I can pick it up without dripping all over the place, soaking all on the outside of the bread and at least allow the bbq sauce to be room temperature or hotter. Ive had a better occasion when first opening before although the burgers are just small altogether but this day was not one of them.

Honestly, they are hit or miss. Sometimes, they are closed during normal business hours. I've never been inside the restaurant, but the drive-thru staff has a lot left to be desired. The employee at the window was squatting down at the register, smoking something in between taking money and handing off orders. We had to roll our car window up because the smell was awful.
