Normally I have a great experience but today was horrible..went to pick up my lunch..the entire staff quit..no lunch and no refund!!

This is usually my go to because it’s literally a min from my home but this particular morning made me reconsider..I ordered curbside which mean they bring it to you. I left the house in only pj’s expecting not having to get out, but instead I’m just sitting here at first there was no one at the counter 3 people someone could have brought it to me I started watching them check out people and still no one proceeded to come so I had to get out run in like that and get my food and I still want even acknowledge..so never again it doesn’t take but one time for me.

I had went into this store to get a smoothie and this girl with pink/purple hair had a bad attitude with me & the other customers. She couldn't handle the line of customers that was in there and started having a mental break down and just started getting a attitude with the customers and the employees for absolutely no reason, if I was you, I would personally not go in there or if you do, and you get the girl with Pink/Purple hair ask for somebody else to take your order. She's rude and disrespectful.

Since I started working close by I go and get a Smoothie every day when I'm at work the Jetty Punch is my favorite some days it's delicious and some days it's watery I started adding a B12 shot to it and the grit is disgusting they don't mix it up enough there's one guy in the morning that doesn't care he just throws your order together and puts it on the counter the good thing about it is it fills me up for most of the day they just need to focus more on the product and the customer

I used to love smoothies. Until I realized the amount of sugar that goes into them. Tropical smoothie is still my preferred smoothie shop. The flatbreads are good. I like their salad and breakfast wraps too.

I love Tropical Smoothie, unfortunately this particular one is always out of ingredients to make half the menu items I try to order and sides too. I've given them many chances knowing that items run out from time to time but at this point its a pattern of poor management. This will be my last time at this one because its extremely frustrating.

Horrible worker!! There’s one worker on the food side who always complains when someone orders food. She repeatedly says” I’m not making that” and is really nasty. I come in here very often and she never has a nice attitude! Her coworkers look miserable whenever she speaks and she has made it CLEAR she does not want to work there. She regularly says “they can come back here and make it” and often snaps at customers. The food she makes is always burned too, I have seen many customers come back and complain, as well as myself returning my food bc it was too hard. I used to love coming here but I can’t anymore. My friends and I will not be back as long as she is there. Do better Pearl Tropical!!!!!
I've been a frequent patron of Tropical Smoothie for quite some time, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. Today, I ordered two smoothies, expecting to enjoy my favorite treats as usual. However, what transpired during my visit was nothing short of a customer service nightmare.The ordeal began at the cash register, where the cashier negligently failed to secure the lids on my smoothies properly. As I reached for one of the smoothies, it slipped right out of my hand, splattering both myself and the floor with sticky liquid. To my astonishment, the entire staff, including the lady at the convenience store register, witnessed this mishap unfold before their eyes. Not a single soul offered a helping hand or showed any concern for my predicament. I was left to clean up the mess all by myself, which was not only embarrassing but also completely disheartening.In my moment of distress, I patiently waited for someone from the staff to come to my aid. It felt like an eternity, but finally, one of the employees went to fetch the manager. When the manager arrived, he displayed a shocking lack of empathy and customer service skills. His response was nothing short of underwhelming as he nonchalantly muttered, "We'll clean that up." No apology, no offer to refill my cup, and not even a suggestion to provide me with a replacement drink. This lack of basic courtesy from the manager was truly bewildering.Let me be clear: I had no issue with paying for my order, and I didn't expect a freebie. What I did expect, however, was a modicum of common courtesy and empathy from the staff at Tropical Smoothie, especially in a situation that was clearly the result of their own negligence.I left the establishment feeling not only disappointed but also hurt by the utter lack of customer service displayed during this visit. It's disheartening to see a restaurant I once held in high regard fall so far short of delivering a basic level of customer care. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for Tropical Smoothie to reevaluate their staff training and prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.

I would give this location zero stars if I could! It's absolutely filthy, in a disgusting gas station convenience store. I waited over 25 minutes for two smoothies I ordered on the app. When I went in & saw how awful the place was I wanted to cancel my order but was told they had already prepped them. I waited over 10 more minutes after that and watched two people walk up & order and get theirs before me. When I was finally handed my two smoothies I was given a straw that was shorter than the smoothie cups. I laughed and said how are we even supposed to drink them with this? The guy at the register said "our supplier was out of the long straws. What do you want me to do? If you don't like it just don't come back." Okay, trust me. I won't. Ever. And I will warn as many people as I can to never go in!!!

The service was fast and very friendly! I ordered the sunshine smoothie and the Caribbean j*** chicken wrap. The chicken wrap was good but not great. The tortilla was very chewy for some reason, the chicken was a bit sparse, and the sauce was super spicy even for a gal who loves spicy! The smoothie was delicious though, and I plan to go back and try one of their other food options in the future! Overall it's a good lunch spot with fast and friendly service!
