I just purchased a 4 for 4 meal today around 5pm. The chicken nuggets wasn't fresh. The French fries tasted like it was cooked in old grease. The junior cheeseburger wasn't fresh. The strawberry lemonade didn't have any ice. I was very disappointed. I, of course ate it because I was hungry and hadn't eaten all day. The staff has to do better. I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal and I didn't enjoy it.

Over the past few months I've noticed the drive thru times have more than tripled.... there have been multiple occasions where the line doesn't move for 10-15 min yet there's Noone in front of everyone. I'll use the locations in brandon since they how to run a drive thru. It's seem everyday at 4pm their drive thru training has gone bye bye.

This second time still a long wait at the drive thru and a car in front of us was yelling at the wendys staff and 2 workers came out and hashed it out with the customer at the drive thru box. When we got our food the sandwich was all smashed and there was a hair stuck to the bacon. Definitely not going there again. Lobby also closed off.

ZERO STARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND! On Saturday, February 3rd, I placed a breakfast order through the mobile app. I arrived to the drive thru and was told to pull around as normal only to get to the window to be told that they were out of eggs. What’s a Breakfast Baconator without eggs?!? I attempted to compromise and substitute for something else, only to be told by the manager on duty that I would have to call the Wendy’s hotline to fix any mobile orders. Newsflash, the Wendy’s hotline is open 8am-8pm M-F. The manager did not care at all from the misinformation down to the nonchalant attitude presented. I called the Wendy’s hotline on Monday, February 5th to request a refund and they explained to me that everything is done through the store in which the order was placed. Frustration would be the nicest word I could think of with this entire experience. The next day, the store manager called and said a refund would be sent after he called the financial department. It is now February 13th and I am yet to receive a refund nor an apology. It’s safe to say that I will never patronize this place again!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered the food. The girl was not very friendly but no worries. I didn't care about that. I was hungry I wanted my food my burger the bun is Hard my Burger is hard and rubbery. The French fries are cold and old. We sat there for almost 10 minutes waiting for food. I imagine my fries were fresh and my food was fresh. Everything in this bag is old.
We ordered 4 chocolate chunk cookies, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, and 1 jbc. Due to the chicken having to cook, we were asked to pull down. Everything came out fresh, however, I bit into my spicy chicken, and it was not done. It had that rubbery not cooked all the way through consistency. Didn't know until I had left Pearl and gotten all the way home though. :/

The drive thru is so slow the worker isn't doing they job they literally just standing around and talking tried to go inside but the cashier had a whole attitude I didn't know the lobby was closed until I came in

Decided to come after watching a movie. I tried to go in the lobby but the workers rudely told me that the lobby was closed.I was sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes without moving, the workers seemed to be just standing around talking as if no one was trying to get food.

I'm a doordash driver sent to pickup 2 orders from Pearson rd. Lobby is never open. Drive thru is slow. They waited until I got around to the window before telling me to tell one of my customers that they didn't have biscuits for breakfast. They told me to pull around for them to bring the orders out. The orders weren't marked by customer. Both Wendy's in Brandon mark delivery orders. They told me the first one they handed to me was the first one on my list. BOTH ORDERS WERE WRONG!!!! My first customer was contactless delivery. I received a message from her on the way to the second customer. The second customer checked his order was mad and threw it back in my vehicle. We aren't ALLOWED TO OPEN SEALED BAGS!!! I contacted support immediately to report it and get the customers refunded. THANK GOD DOORDASH DOESN'T ALLOW BAD RATINGS ON DRIVERS WHEN THE RESTAURANT SCREWS UP!!!! TO LOCAL DINERS THAT ORDER DELIVERY DONT ORDER FROM PEARSON ROAD. ORDER FROM RICHLAND OR BRANDON!!!!!
