this is the worst pizza place I ordered 3 hours ago but my order never arrived yall are so inconsiderate of people

Ordered Pizza and bread sticks never received them called and they said that I had put in the wrong delivery time "I did not" I checked it before placing the order online almost an hour later I called to ask about the order and this is when I was told this so I asked to cancel the order "almost 50 bucks" I got transferred about 8 times was finally told it was canceled but was still billed for the order on my card I will not give them my business again!

When they try to make it right it's good, but for the past 4 months, every time I order, they do not distribute the pizza toppings evenly, all the meat and the mushrooms and green peppers are just thrown on the pizza clumped in one spot like someone just being lazy and careless. PIZZA TOPPINGS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE EVEN SPREAD OVER THE PIZZA, COME ON!! AND SLSO, FULLY CUT THE PIZZA INTO CORRECTLY, NOT ZIG ZAG MESS UP CUT, It's a disgrace how lazy some of the workers are! Quit your job if you can not spread a few toppings properly nor cut a pizza into triangles, like normal pizzerias do! LIKE BIDEN SAYS "COME ON GUYS ITS A BIG DEAL!" We shouldn't have to drive to Brandon!

If I could give less than one star I would. These are the most rude and inconsiderate employees I have ever encountered anywhere! Do not spend your money here you can get better pizza and service at little caesars. Waited 2 hours for a delivery that was never delivered and when I called they said "our driver couldn't make it to that area." But you didn't even bother to call me out of courtesy to tell me you were going to cancel my order. So not only did I have to pick up my own pizza that you had already charged me a delivery fee on, you were rude as hell when I asked for a refund. Your shitty pizza matches your employees shitty attitude.

Ordered a medium Pizzia and cheese sticks online called to add extra marina with my cheese sticks arrived 10 mins past expected time to find out delivering the wrong pizza delivery girl advised me my Oder was delivered to the previous customer. Next delivery guy then brought me the pizza I ordered but no cheese sticks with marinara sauce The pizza was cold and soggy after calling upset that I got kids cranky and hungry and 2 missed deliveries already called in to address the issues employees were rude over the phone and told me they would recook and deliver it to swap out the pizzas so I have to put the Pizzia away from the hungry kids so i can get wat I have paid for. Waiting 40 mins for the final delivery took my Pizzia and asked me if i had any other pizzas?! Poor poor poor customer service I'm not one to complain and I think this is maybe my 3 review but just really got under my sink to have it all happen and not to even apologize I work in customer service and it's just unacceptable!

Delivery was prompt and arrived at exactly the time i was given on the mobile site where i placed my order. Pizza arrived hot,always a plus. We ordered one large pepperoni lovers,one large meat lovers,and one of the new special pizzas, the "garden party". Pepperoni and meat lovers were their usual delicious selves of course. The Garden Party pizza was very good,seemed a bit overloaded on the thin and crispy crust however due to the large amount of veggies but no bother,was very good. If i could complain about anything it would only be that the balsamic drizzle on this new pizza set the sweetness level into overdrive,since the veggies on it are all very sweet. This pizza is Sweet SWEET SWEET. All in all, great pizza,prompt delivery as always, and of course will order again as usual.
