Super slow service, sitting in the drive through is dreadful and always takes 30-45 minutes to get from the menu to the window. Food is not that good to be that expensive. A $25 meal is insane for bad food. Some workers are nice but some aren’t and just wave you off. I refuse to come here

Tried this Arby’s in Picayune for the fourth time and it has not changed. I tried the deluxe fish meal this time thinking how can you mess this up well the fish was cold the cheddar cheese was cold had not even melted. The staff were friendly but all the tables where still dirty and the condiments were a messy.

Horrible , rude and nasty employees . Went to try to order inside (they weren’t busy ) and got attitude just for sitting there waiting to be waited on. They need to be shut down or something. They’ll cuss you out if you ask to have the food remade if it’s wrong drive thru takes 45 mins at least.

Girl behind the counter looked annoyed that I wanted to buy food. Was very unhelpful with the menu. Rarely have I seen people in less of a hurry than these workers which meant the food took forever. Sandwiches were cold by the time the fries came out. Then I had the NERVE to ask for sauce to which the girl was visibly annoyed and continued to make no eye contact during the drop into my bag of food.I realize it’s a fast food joint, it’s not a glamorous job, but I’m not keen on paying money to those who seem annoyed at my mere presence.

Came in at 8:20 pm and ordered a number 1. At 8:50 pm they finally came out and told me they are completely out of roast beef. I can understand running out of food but taking 30 minutes to tell me i cant get my food that I've been waiting for because you ran out? People there just didn't care at all about customer service. And kept hiding in the back playing on their phones instead of actually working. Will never come back, horrible experience..

Terribly disappointed. No one was in dining room besides us.It was about 2/2:30. The floor, rugs and every single table was cluttered and dirty. All the staff was in kitchen/drive through area. Although we had planned to dine in we placed an order to go and ate in the car. We love Arby's and hope the personally issues will be resolved.
The service here sucks !! We walked up as an employee was walking out to a parked car. Another employee was moping the floor in the back. A 3rd employee was at the drive up window. We waited at the counter a few minutes & heard the drive up person cursing out loud. We looked at each other surprised as to what we heard. We waited another minute & decided that we weren't going to eat at this establishment. As we walked out, the guy that got in the car was walking by ack in. I spoke loud enough to my wife that he heard me say I don't ever want to come back here. This was our 1st & last stop at this Arby's !!

The cashier/assistant manager with red hair was so RUDE that she carried on conversations with her friends rather than waiting on paying customers and doing her job. ? We will NEVER spend our money here. Unless they completely change the staff. By the time we got our food, EVERYTHING was cold. We spent over $50, and it isn't the first bad experience at that Arby's it's sad enough that Picayune doesn't have many options as far as fast food goes.I'll gladly drive 30 minutes to Slidell to get better service and hot and fresh food.

Stayed away from this place for a while to see if staff had been changed up as it’s gone increasingly down hill since opening. Ordered on the app which was great that they offer app ordering now. Got to drive thru and was told order could not be picked up at the drive thru. Told them I could not come inside. When I got to the window They told me what I ordered was somehow no longer on the menu? Girl at the window was incredible rude about the entire situation and I felt like I was bothering them just by showing up. Drove off and requested refund in app and left feedback. I’ll try again in 6 months or so if this place doesn’t close by then. By far the worst fast food in Picayune.
