“Was not clean, food was served wrong not what we ordered and not cooked as ordered. Restroom was disgusting. Service was horrible. Had to ask for coffee refills and for condiments 3 times before being brought to us. And it was not busy so no excuse except they were too busy gossiping and playing on their phones to wait on us. “I miss having a local IHOP. We ate here while driving through. The server was attentive and kind. She even offered a Togo coffee. The menu was impressive. There were some eggs Benedict options that I never saw in our home restaurant when it was open. I had a beautifully tasty spinach omelet that was delicious.“
