Our waitress Trinity was one of the MOST focused, polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable we have ever had the pleasure of being served by. We sat outside being a larger group with grandkids. Trinitys prompt service and overly welcoming smile and demeanor was first class. She is a great asset to Fattys and the community. We need more people like her and the world would be a much better place. We had the crab cakes for appetizer, a blackened shrimp poboy (that wasn't overpowering in seasoning) with onion rings and a Fatty Melt with waffle fries.Our first experience, so as fantastic as the food was we want to work through now if the menu before a 5 star.Server was Lexi and so friendly, attentive and didn't hover around. She was very aware of her timing and engaged us with to make us feel like regulars. Loved it. Plus she liked my rings. Lol

This was a great place to dine, with multiple seafood offerings! From fried catfish, shrimp and oysters to boiled crab and crawfish! They also have pasta and staple Louisiana offerings like etouffe and bisque. And if you thought the food was great make sure to order dessert. We had the cheesecake and creme brulee 10 out of 10 recommend!! They do have a kids menu, and also a bar area, so whether you're with family or going out after work is a win! Only gave 4 stars cause our waitress seemed like she was rushing us the entire time, it may have been nerves because she seemed new, but we were unsure about that assumption. Happy Dining!!

Really disappointing. Our party of six arrived on a Thursday night and were seated right away. We ordered the seafood nachos to start. we were all hungry so when they came out we pretty much devoured them. They were absolutely delicious. The tortillas were flour and had an amazing texture and flavor paired with the jalapeño cheese sauce. It wasn't until about halfway through however, that we realized there was no crab meat on them. Our server was trying to be very helpful and asked if we wanted another order made. Since we had eaten most of it, it didn't make sense, and we declined. A while later she came out with a small bowl with a few pieces of white crab meat. Because the nachos were so good, we had high expectations for the rest of the meal. After we ordered, we got our food AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES LATER! However, 30 minutes into the wait time, our server informed us that they were out of the "buy one get one half off" dungeness crab and asked if we wanted to substitute them with snow crab. We agreed. My daughter got an ahi tuna salad that was supposed to be served over shredded cabbage with sliced avocado. It came out on iceberg lettuce with one small sliver of brown avocado. When she asked the server if she could have a side of avocado, she was told "we ran out." Heck, for the amount of time we had to wait, they could've driven down to the local grocery store and bought a few! My SIL had ordered a simple cheeseburger cooked medium. It came out well-done. The Cajun Alfredo was awful. It was watery and lacked flavor and the pasta had a strange texture. My shrimp and grits was ok. When we finally got the crab legs they were thin, brittle and NOT fresh. We couldn't crack the shells, they were too flexible and the meat stuck to the inside shell. During our trip to the bathroom, it looked like they were pretty clean inside, but dark-colored wear in the paint on the doors made them look filthy (I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to wipe it with a wet paper towel). None of it was really the servers fault. Anyway, when my family members were able to get some meat out of the crab, they dipped it in the "butter" and were appalled. We're not sure exactly what it was. I stopped the passing server and asked if it was possible that something could have been wrong with it. She said the server could've gotten it off the "line" instead of using the clarified butter they were supposed to. She came back out and said that it was just unsalted butter. That's definitely not what the problem was. With the most politeness I could muster I informed her that since we couldn't get the meat out of the crab legs anyway it probably wasn't a big deal. It turns out she was a manager and made some concessions on the bill. I just have to say that if this was my restaurant, there is no way I would've let food go out of the kitchen in the condition that it came out to our table. I give Fatty's a big fat thumbs down.

I had the catfish platter it was great and the waitress Lexi was very nice and polite. She would come check if i needed a refill and ask how the food was. It’s nice to have a waitress come check without having to wait on her like I’ve been through at other places.

Myself and my wife came in around 9:30 on February 23rd, 2024. Our very first time in the restaurant. Noticed the entire place was spotless, smelled so clean, everyone from servers to the kitchen staff had smiles on their faces. Our server faith was over the top, she was so kind and so very helpful. I am a level 4 allergen to onions (anaphylaxis). The second I started asking from appetizers to entrees had onions, she ran to the kitchen and asked what would have been safest. I ordered the fries as an appetizer, 10/10. From flavor to having the right amount of seasoning. My wife had the spinach artichoke dip with the bow ties 10/10. Neither one of us have ever seen that done. For entrees my wife ordered the crab trap. She absolutely loved everything about her dish. Ate about half and was so full she couldn't eat anymore 10/10. I ordered the half and half of fried shrimp and catfish. With an add on of the lump crab sauce. Which originally is made with onions. Faith told Brad about the allergy and that I was asking about the sauce. Brad and the rest of the kitchen staff made me a crab sauce from scratch just so I could have it. I've never had ANY restaurant go above and beyond to make sure my allergen was thought about and cared for. We got to talk with all of the kitchen staff, servers and managers. For our very first time in, was absolutely blown away. We felt like we were at home among family. Service is out of this world!! For the very first time ever, I tipped the kitchen staff and our server both instead of just the server. I felt they absolutely deserved it, after them being so diligent about their job and taking care of us the way they did. We will be returning, mostly because of the atmosphere, the laughs shared, the food, and the carefulness and diligence of everyone there.
