What a great throwback to simpler times. Not sure how long this place has been around, but it is worth a stop. Great drive-in style menu. Comfort food for days. Po-boys to hamburgers to fish boxes to hotdogs to onion rings....I could go on and on. Place is old school with nothing fancy. Bare bones decor but incredibly clean. Best roast beef po boy around. Being in business for over 60 years, says a lot.Update I still go regularly, and the food is still great, and so are the prices. Well worth crossing the state line to eat. I sometimes get it to go, and it is still warm when I get back to Louisiana. (Home) update: I returned today 02/16/2024 The food was as delicious as always. This is the consummate greasy spoon. Literally, the floors are so greasy that customers warn each other not to slip! The banana milkshakes are heavenly!
