I took my wife there this morning, she got the omelette, I got the pancakes. Her omelette tasted so bad, I tasted it and spit it back in the plate and I’m not a picky eater. As I said something to the waitress she said the tomatoes right and the manager came out and said the same thing about the tomatoes, which it was the meat also it was so bad tasting. Then they said IHOP policy said they can make over but can’t delete it from the bill, but if the food is already bad why would we want more bad food? So 2 pancakes cost me $30.53. This is insane!! I would love the regional Manager to contact me or someone higher up, if they keep doing this the food is bad but the revenue stays the same. It is sad when places treat people like this, I guess I should of taken the hint when other people were leaving their food on the tables and leaving but I just figured it was just them. I will never waste another penny in this place and will tell EVERYONE I can about this experience. Very disappointed in the management and food. This was the most expensive pancakes I have ever eaten in my life.Don Johnston

When we received our bill, we noticed that we were charged $12 for cheese sticks that were advertised as $3, charged $3 each for 2 sweet teas and a kids sprite, when also advertised as $2When we asked to have it fixed, our server returned saying since we didn't tell her that we wanted those particular priced items, she couldn't do anything. I having 15 years industry experience, know that to be otherwise and asked to speak to a manager, where she returned with another server. After the 3rd attempt to speak to a manager, I was handed a phone with "the manager" on it, who proceeded to tell us that she would not be fixing our bill and it was our responsibility to tell our server that we wanted $3 cheese sticks and $2 drinks vs the regular price.(An advertisement that was sitting in front of us , on our table)-if y'all as a company, are advertising a regular menu item at a discounted price for particular times on particular days, your computer system should already prompt that discount.It is not my job as paying customer to ask, nor tell your hired and trained help, what is on your menu. As management, that was pathetic . Your void and comp report will never be more important than keeping a full restaurant and keeping a reputable name for a reputable company.

The server was an absolute joy and made sure to get our order right for a party of seven. Unfortunately, the steak and eggs weren't good as the steak was overcooked and very bland. Not that I was expecting a Chophouse grade steak but it was pretty bad.On a good note, stick with the pancakes, they were good.

When we got there we were notified there would be a little bit of a wait. We were fine with that. We sat there for 40 minutes with no drinks,not even being acknowledged by a server or anything. They sat another table and automatically started taking their drink order and food order. By the time a server came to take our drink order she told us it would be another 45 minutes until they started taking food orders. We walked out because we had already been there almost an hour and was not about to wait another hour. On the way out the door we passed the group that was seated about 5 minutes before us. They had already eaten and was checking out. Pitiful service !!!

There for 30 minutes never got more then our drinks taken by someone other then our server. Never spoke to the server while she was taken orders of tables there before us while other tables continue to walk out. She was clearly loaded off some type of drug and crying and yelling uncontrollably in the back and at the front

We ordered breakfast at around 10 am on a Sunday, I ordered the Colorado omelette and my husband ordered the sampler. His eggs were way overcooked(he hates overcooked eggs), his toast was brought way later, my omelette was missing ingredients which I found out later they were out of. Pancakes were cooked properly and served on time but we're so dry...we asked for butter but by the time the waitress finally got it to us our food was cold. Very disappointed. At least if the pancakes had been good we could have made do but it was a rare breakfast outing and it went poorly.

You had a half hour already! I would like to eat my order all at the same time. I noticed others got theirs all at the same time. Server or chef? Who dropped the ball?

Not very clean. Sat us at a dirty booth. Womens bathroom was gross. Ordered hashbrown sides and weren't ready until we had eaten most of our eggs and pancakes. No silverware when we got our food. Won't be going back.

I worked for a few days an got let go out of no where’s an I still had yet to see any money for the days I worked not cool at
Went in during lunch the place was empty. I thought great hot food good service. Was seated immediately. The hostess was really nice, greeted with a smile. The server came up not long after taking our drink order and had to come back for our order because they changed the menu, so I wanted to look it over. Everything was great up to that point. She dropped off the food, and the English muffin was cold when she set it on the table. Then there is a hair on my eggs. I told her she said oh I'll have them remake it but she took the sasuage and bacon with her also. I figured she was just going to have them remake the whole plate. While doing so, she dropped off my French toast. I ordered a strawberry banana. Says they ran out of banana is just strawberry, ok? It already had the strawberries on it, so I ate it that way cause I didn't want to wait for them to make New since they put the strawberries on without asking about it first. Then she comes back with my eggs, same sasuage same bacon ice cold. At that point, I gave up. It was a struggle to get napkins extra butter and water refills while there. The server seemed preoccupied with sitting on the bench by the window and when she would come ask if we were ok she would ask but Start walking off while we answered so it would take us having to say wait a min can we have something. It was like a drive-by check out, lol. Thankfully, my God childs' food was ok. Just the server was not that great. And the food was cold.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options as well as meals that cater to a lo carb life style. As well as some vegan or vegetarian options.Parking: About 60 spaces or more
