This pizza was delicious. The crust was cooked to perfection. The staff was fabulous. We also had but not pictured, loaded bake potato soup (that was amazing) redfish jubilee fried. The red fish was so delicious and perfectly prepared. So yummy.

Definitely a unique experience for picking in Mississippi. Excellent food. The atmosphere is excellent also. The service is excellent as well. A highly recommend the Italian grill and pizzeria for is Rhea for great Italian food. I would love to see this establishment add a risotto recipe to their menu. Then I would give 5 stars!

Plastic Wrap in the lasagna!!!! Seriously??? I support all local businesses but if you can’t employee people who can’t remember to take all the plastic wrap off your prepped food close the doors!!!!

We like the pizza here and have been several times. It’s always good and fresh. Our server was nice and was very efficient. The prices are reasonable and we always have leftovers.
Omg left there so full....had to go take a nap! Lol food is so good. The smell alone made me hungry.

I really don't know what has happened with Italian Grill. I always support my local restaurants but I've been disappointed several times in the past few months with last night being my LAST!! The quality of food has really gone down (and they are always out of crab meat for the shrimp and crab Bella)!! The service hasn't been great either. Some of the employees are rude and act like it's a inconvenience for them to serve Me. I'll just make the ride to Slidell going forward to Fratellis where the food and service is consistent
