Was asked to pull up soon as I got to the window had a sausage mcmuffin and sausage burrito. 30 minutes later I get my food not my drink another 5 minutes gotta go in amd get my drink the kid never made it still so given a cup make it myself get to my car and my food I waited for is cold. Very disgusted at this point. Why at 6am are we having to pull up and wait for 30 minutes for cold food?

I cannot express to you how important it is to not use this location. I waited an hour and 10 minutes to get simply a McChicken and large fry. During the hour and 10 minutes I was waiting employees were in the kitchen playing on their phone not making any food and ignoring all the customers at the front. I don't understand how you can be so stupid and have a job. Literally that whole crew are a waste of oxygen on this planet. Do yourself a favor.. Unless you have a year to spare to get your food ...avoid this like the plague . This place will turn anybody into a karen. I almost went to jail over a combo because of their ignorance made me want to snap. I hate impatient customers but there's a difference between an inpatient customer and somebody that you are clearly taking advantage of and taking their money and blatantly in their face not doing your job.I work in the food industry myself and deal with customers on a daily basis and know what it is like to get in a rush but these people on the other hand don't care. They don't care about their customers and they all should be fired every single one of them from the general manager Mary who did not help me get my food whatsoever all the way down to the fry boy need to find new jobs.. This is not your niche.. maybe try working at a morgue or something where you don't have to deal with living people.. Seriously I'm taking my time out of my day to try and warn you ahead of time... please take this review seriously.. do not go to this location You will become very infuriated very quick and I don't get mad easily because I work at a restaurant. This is the epitome of a failure on McDonald's part and whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves and needs to seriously clean that crew out and replace them. They are all garbage

Every time I get stuck going to this store, I am asked to pull up and wait with no reason given. Doesn't matter what I order, or how many people are inline, I still have to pull up and wait.Adding insult to injury, waiting an extra 20 minutes and getting food that is stale and cold.

The better McDonald's, others are inconsistent. The workers here are great. When you order a coffee here you don’t get the full amount. The pictures are all from different visits and different flavors. When I questioned them the employee told me the machine makes it. This to me means the management is setting the machine to dispense less.

I’m gonna be real honest in this review lol. The food is fire. I went yesterday, my nuggets and Big Mac were on point. Do not get the fries, it’s kind of up in the air if they will be fresh or not so I just stopped getting them all together. The service is good when you go at the right times but this place is usually always packed/has a line, so be prepared. They 5 times out of 10 get you out of there quick despite the line. Also do not expect to get napkins, your nugget sauce, or anything extra, you will not get it! ? The atmosphere used to be fantastic, but I saw the cops here a few times so maybe not so fantastic. Overall, I love this place and I’ll always come regardless.Wheelchair accessibility: People may park in the way of wheelchair accessible areas.
