I frequent this restaurant as it's convenient for my lunch break. I was told to use the kiosk to place my order. While entering my order I made a mistake an turned to ask a question as they are taking another customers order at the register I was denied service at. When I went to place my order at the register instead I was told no I had to use the kiosk. This is the most piss poor customer service I have seen. I will not be going back as long as I have to do thier job.

Don't know why my wife likes this place they play to much every time I come here get my food it's cold and half the time missing most of my order.. This place needs all new working who like to work and do there job right..
They only take one customer through the drive then once that customer gets their order then they will take the next customer!

Ordered breakfast, I am Muslim so I do not eat pork.. I ordered egg, steak and cheese only for it to all be covered pink pork.. receipt even stated only egg cheese and steak on all.. Will never eat there again

I purchased $52 worth of food, and less than half of it was what I ordered. I ask for the 12 taco bundle with no lettuce and got no cheese instead. Picky grandkids wouldn't eat it. Yes, I know, but I should still get what I ordered. The box combos came with nacho cheese sauce and chips, but they were out of chips, so they gave me extra cinnamon twists instead - which I didn't discover untillater. To dip in Nacho cheese? No, thank you. I went back the next day - only asking for a refund on the 12 tacos - and was told that on an order of that size, I would have to bring the food back. That policy is not posted anywhere. I live quite a distance away. So the manager on duty told me she would have to check with the store manager and that she would call me later that evening. She said 100% guaranteed. I have never received a call. Just poor customer service, placing the burden of your mistakes on the customer

Sweet. Close for 3 days, reopen with higher prices and do away with senior drinks. Hope you have great luck in the future, but I avoid greed like the plague, so this establishment is now on my "drive right past" list. I'll miss the food. I can't imagine why other people don't boycott these soul-less greedy businesses. I've heard all the excuses, but IT IS GREED, pure and simple.

1st off the person preparing our order was eating while doing so. When she gave me my food I questioned her and she lied saying she didn't then I told her I was watching you. Request a whole new order made by the manager and told her that I would be reporting what had happened. After getting home the 3 crunchy tacos Supreme we had order were not Supreme and the 2 Cinnabon 2 pk order was missing completely.
