Was not impressed with this place. It wasn't very clean and the staff, while super sweet, seemed like they didn't want to be there. No manager was in sight and we ended up waiting way longer than we anticipated to be served. The ice cream was amazing but the service and cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired.

The tables were nasty it was sticky/ napkins everywhere. The bathrooms was disgusting. But I feel for the workers cause they were really busy and I understand that but why wasn't a manger there to clean up while the workers help the customers. The workers need support and not have there job so stressful there should be a manger to help when they are needed and when they aren't they can do managing other things. A dirty lobby/Bathrooms are equally worst if the food is bad.

Who doesn't love ice cream? Nice location, clean store, friendly staff! We only come to this location when we want ice cream in the Jackson/Madison area.

Asked for them to get the ice cream all the way inside the cone. They refused! So I left! Every time I go to Baskin Robbins I end up eating a hollow cone! I'll go get ice cream at a Dairy Queen!

Was standing in line and got done helping the guy in front of me and made Me stand there for 5 minutes. Should have just walked out with my stuff they probably wouldn't have noticed. Unbelievable! This place is garbage.

Was very surprised to see a dairy-free option! Thank you! This is in a truck stop off the freeway. Restrooms were decent.
