Went here for my daughter's graduation lunch. Had a group of 16, got us right in, service and food was AMAZING!!!!! Love this place and the people working here. Highly recommend

This is a very confusing business approach. The decor is the same as the last restaurant, and they still serve from the former menu, which is (Non Mexican). Customer service, well, let's just say it needs improvement. Where is the Mexican menu? Why were we seated with the old Fiorellas menu and nothing else? Sigh. It's essentially Fiorellas with a new name and Mexican music being piped in. There are lots of kinks to be ironed out at this place, folks.

I have ordered food to go twice and both times they got the order wrong. I live to far to take it back so that’s just money wasted. I didn’t think they could mess up a ham and cheese poboy but,when I got home it was hamburger patties and they were so hard and dry I had to throw them out. I called them the first time and they did take my name and said they would make it right. I didn’t go back until today and I just went ahead payed for my poboy and Cajun fries.The fries were good.

Went for lunch. Numerous lunch specials available. Restaurant was clean and service was great and friendly. My chicken quesadilla and enchilada meal was very tasty. One of the best quesadilla's ive had. My wifes burger was massive and cooked perfectly. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

It's basically the former restaurant. They give you the same menu. We were not offered a Mexican menu which was even more confusing. The music was Mexican but nothing else was. They messed up all 3 drink orders and made us wait a long time before checking on us again. So since it took so long just to tell them about our drinks we ended up leaving. We will not be back as long as it remains the same buisness.You guys need to clarify what kind of buisness this is. Is it Mexican or is it American? Is it both? Does your host know to offer both menus?Unfortunately, without clarity and a standard your customers will remain confused and annoyed and you'll be closing the doors.Very unprofessional and a bit of a debacle.The restaurant buisness isn't for everyone.And having your wait staff and employees leaving reviews to defend the poor service of your restaurant is extremely distasteful.A restaurant is only as good as it's staff.Volumes.
