“I'm a convert now and here's why: First the girls that work there are AMAZING. They're super friendly and really know their products. I had no clue what I wanted or anything about the drinks so they broke everything down for me and helped me pick drinks based on my needs: my first time I needed something a little filling, not too much sugar and a bit of a nutrient kick, then we broke it down to my flavor profile. I ended up with the Lemon-berry! The flavor was my drink soulmate, and the best part was that I didn't have to feel guilty about breaking my diet because I'm diabedic.I have a hard time dieting and this morning they helped me pick out a meal replacement shake without all the unnecessary added sugar so I felt full afterwards. I also got one of the loaded teas as well and am really feeling that caffeine boost that I needed before my 12 hour shift today. Maybe a little dramatic but it is giving me the confidence to make good choices about eating for the day!
