Men's restroom was out of paper towels. female restroom was out of toilet paper. How is it possible that your employees are washing their hands and not noticing they are out of paper. Plates are dingy... Do y'all wash these??? Sandwich was prepared fine and broccoli was fresh.
Came in tonight and was greeted with a hello and friendly smile. Food was okay, but the waiting staff was extra friendly. Great job to knighten who took our order and the young lady that brought us our food! The only confusion was if we were to leave our plates on the table or place them somewhere for the servers to collect. Me and my wife enjoyed our first visit to McAlisters and will surely come again!

Professional, clean, quick, tasty. This is a good McAlister's. My only complaint is the tomato and cucumber side salad was slightly frozen, but the rest of the food was perfect. They weren't super friendly but were not unfriendly-- just all business and everything was done quickly and correctly.
