The sandwich artist messed up on 2 footlong sandwiches $27 worth of food. Refuses to make it right and blames me when I know exactly what I ordered. Horrible customer service. Hung the phone up when tried to call and again refused to correct sandwiches. Will call franchise owner and corporate.Don't do business here.

These cheap a.. place keep sending me a coupon Ad. And when I took my 3 kids to eat there. The lady says we don’t accept coupons in front of my kids and in a bad way. I spent $42 instead of $23.

I have been addicted to the veggie sub for about 2 years now so it's safe to say that I've tried every Subway in the tri county area lol This location was easily in the top 3. Super fresh ingredients and really nice employees.

Try to use their coupons, but they say they don’t take coupons. I just got the coupons in the mail few day ago. Why mail out coupons when y’all don’t take coupons of your own.

place was clean. but someone told me they don’t use the proper cleaning supplies. last time i came back in everything was great. custom service was pretty rude this go around. amber is a fantastic worker thought. she was super nice. they need more help from the looks.. amber is the only one who was making sandwiches, with no help. while i think the owners were just standing there not helping when she had a big line. and just letting her struggle. i did not like that. but other then that if it wasn’t for amber. i probably would’ve turned out and left but if she’s ever working i’ll most definitely will be back for her service.

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and couldn't eat it due to All the mayo that was put on it. There was more mayo than meat and cheese. It took 3 people to make my sandwich. I will NOT eat there again!

Do NOT recommend! Very stingy and customer service is lacking. I asked for pickles…she counted 5 pickles to place on the sandwich. What the! I asked for “extra” twice just to get a fair amount. I will say the bar area was very clean!
