i pulled up to the speaker and i told them my order then the girl says "does everything on the screen look correct" and i was looking to make sure it was then she repeats herself in a higher tone with an attitude. so i gave her an attitude back and said "i'm looking... yea it's right" i pull up to the window and pay they gave me the wrong drink but that's my fault bc i wasn't even thinking. i got home and EVERYTHING IS WRONG. my CHICKEN quesadillas were STEAK quesadillas. that is not what i asked for. this happened wednesday february 21st around 8 pm. yall need MUCH better employees. if someone has an attitude with me of course i'm gonna have one back. respect goes both ways.

Pulled up to the drive through in the storming weather. Sat at the window for a minute and a half while the cashier ignored us. Once she got to us and got the payment she then asked us to BACK UP and then pull forward again to reset her time that she initially messed up on her own by ignoring us at the window when we first pulled up to it so we declined to back up and she then sent her aggressive manager to the window that told us he would not serve us if we did not back up so we asked for our money back. We finally received our food after being in a back and forth with at least 3 different employees about why we didn’t want to back up to begin with. Once the food was received we asked for our sauce because there wasn’t any in the bag and one employee told us we weren’t going to get any and we asked for another refund if that was the case and they then decided to give us sauces. This is unacceptable at any public establishment.

Disgusting! Food tasted rotten, bathroom had absolutely no soap. The fountain machine was pure syrup and they wouldn't get a drink from their drive-thru machine. Health department needs to stop by.

I had an online order, we drove up and let them know and then the ladies in the kitchen proceeded to tell us to back up in the drive thru line. We waited 10 minutes before my husband went in and the ladies complained to him. They called him an idiot and a loser for the online order. Will not be coming back.

Teach customer service or start firing your trash employees. They are so incredibly rude and over charged me for a drink. She rang it up as 5 sour creams and said it was my drink. So guess what they messed up and didn't have in the order. My drink. Stop hiring trash

I vote give a raise to the cashier and cook that were working at 10:30 tonight. There was only 1 cook and the cashier was so sweet and apologized numerous times for the wait. I never mind waiting if you are short staffed and doing what you can do. With no hate to the restaurant, I have never had my order be 100% correct here and I’ve eaten here hundreds of times, BUT of course tonight it was correct, even with them short of staff. So I applaud them for their hard work! Thank you two for being tedious and having pristine customer service even when being (I’m sure) stressed! Merry Christmas to y’all and I hope y’all get a Christmas bonus. If I had had cash, they would have gotten a tip. Love, the girl with the ran over looking debit card.

I wish i could give lowerWent in at 1220p...figured during lunch would be fresh food..everything and I mean everything was cold..not even warm..tortillas were like chewing rubber and my soft tacos had no lettuce and ice cold meat..my layer burrito tasted foul n sour..and the cheese for my nacho was cold n not dipable..there were 2 of the same combos both the same in my order..so i know well my food was never hot when it was bagged cause i am literally 3 blocks from there this has became the norm for them..the manager don't care..the employees don't care
