The girl that took my order was rude. Took forever to get my food. Then, the fries were old. The burger was horrible. Was just too tired to go in and contest the issue. I will never visit there again.

Whataburger is a staple of Texas to me personally.I'm from NYC and I'm a regular at What a burger because it's just that an amazing establishment with burgers that have a personality..I'm partial to the spicy burger sooo food lol I'd say it softly bites you back but it's so good lol the fries are great. Onion rings are a plus also very good . If you've never been to whataburger it's a must and try the diffrent burgers they are all very good. But go on find your favorite is a true experience the quest till you find your burger... and you can add extra to it onions bacon pickles etc.I sure do make it your burger and when you find your burger dress it up right... enjoy.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible

Waited for curbside pickup for over 30 minutes, did not get served. Went inside and the person at the counter ignored us, once he acknowledged us, we still had to wait for 15 minutes. Went back to him and asked a second time, he found out food... Burgers were cold but he gave us an extra frie and those were fresh ... Appeared our food was forgotten. Would not recommend this location as they seem to not care but definitely love the brand.

During this visit the staff was very friendly and the food was spot on. There were patrons inside that were not happy because their food was not instantly ready. The staff handled them gracefully.

I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one answered. came inside and took 10 minutes as well for someone to come help. there was employees just sitting there staring at me.
They only get two because the food is good. It's so slow and the customer service isn't the greatest. If you don't mind waiting forever then that's on you but it's definitely not fast food

The best store that I've ever visited, the cashier was very awesome and hooked up my order and was very helpful on explaining answers that I asked. 10 out of 10 store!

Why do I have to pay 50 cents for dipping sauce for onion rings??! Why would onin rings not come with at least 1 complimentary dipping sauce. Absolutely unacceptable. I do not mind paying extra for extra items but this is ridiculous.
