Why do they have a whole phone number listed, and won’t answer the phone the food is nasty it definitely doesn’t taste the same. And on top of that had the nerve to go up on the prices straight garbage!

Food is not good here... The sandwich in which I ordered was not what I asked for. The bun was cold and had not been grilled nor toasted. I asked for mayo and there was no mayo or oil and vinegar... The sandwich was dry and cold. I ordered 2 philly chicken sandwich with onions and bell peppers and they were both dry with cold buns that had not been grilled. I tried to call American deli back and no one answers the phone... I am a foodie and know good food and this particular American deli ain't it as far as the subs.. Those workers there are lazy and there was a lot of playing amongst them. I waited an whole hour for my food and it was not worth the wait . Don't waste your time here. I've been to a few American deli and gotten good food . The one in North Park mall does not compare to the others. The subs are not good.

I noticed the menu has changed since the last few years. Lemon pepper wet wings were wayy too salty. Wings were tiny as well. Fries and drink were good.

The fries were gross, the lemon pepper wings were terrible and the hot was plain salty. Service was GHETTO. There were too many people on their phones with all that loud ratchet music and too much dancing going on for them to focus on customer service. They must have gotten their chicken from a Barbie chicken plant because I've never seen wings that small. The nerve. And I paid extra for all flats. The 10 wings I got (mind you they only gave me 9 I had to go get the other) would've made about 1 thigh of chicken. No drink, nasty fries and chicken for almost $20.00. Never again.

The wait time is too long for all the workers in the back in a group just back there talking and not working while customers hear the loud talking the service was bad and the employees need to have more order there is no structure

$17 for baby wings is diabolical I been a loyal customer for over 20 years going back to metro center days and have never felt so disrespected. I stay in Dallas and the first place I go is American Deli every time I come home and was utterly disappointed. Yall gotta do better

Horrible service, the wait was about 30 minutes which I'm fine with as long as the food is good. I receive my order and the fries are hanging out the box on the counter window, so I politely asked for some different fries and the man preparing it got really rude. I get my food and check it in the car only to find out the order is completely incorrect and not one condiment in the bag. I will not be returning, also no one was wearing gloves major health violation.
The two young ladies working the front counter today were so pleasant. However, this is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location recently and some of the wings were smaller than my pinky finger. The wings were so small that I almost felt bad eating them. I paid $17 for a 10 piece combo half lemon pepper half mild and I felt like I’d eaten a 5 piece. Certainly a waste of money because I’m still hungry and have to spend more money on more food. I’m trying to give them a chance because this used to be my go to place for wings but I just can’t just give away $17 and walk away with an empty stomach in this economy.

Paid for a 10 pc & got 9 wings, asked for lemon pepper sprinkles didn’t receive any & received little to no sauce on wings, it was through door dash other wise I would have taken it back!!!

very bad experience, I was number 138 and they delivered the food to number 146 and I still did not receive my order until I complained that it was not fair 5:00pmand they still didn't apologize, they just said I should wait
