Food was okay not phenomenal. The cheese fritters and bread were definitely the best part. Our waitress did her best and kept our drinks full. The ambiance was a calm and classy vibe.

Despite the size of our group, the service was prompt and friendly, and the staff even made accommodations for our special requests. We were in Jackson for a girls' trip, and chose Amerigo for our dinner on our last night. What a wonderful choice it was! Colby, our server, was phenomenal, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and drinks. A definite must when visiting the Jackson area!

First time here and experience was good. Food was worth the price. Our server was Katie and she did amazing answer all my questions and recommended some amazing meals. We got the $45 stake (well worth it with green beans) . My kids got the spaghetti and the chicken parmesean with half Alfredo/marinara. That meal was also amazing and both my kids ate it all which is a first for them to eat a whole big meal. 100% worth the meal.

Food and service is always good. Lunch date celebration with a friend who is a regular. Lasagna is fabulous. You won't be disappointed with any of food choices. The meatloaf was really good with the mashed potatoes.
We were at Amerigo's to celebrate a couple of birthdays, my wife's and a close friend of hers; their birthdays are a day apart. They both had shrimp scampi and really enjoyed it. My wife is crazy for shrimp in almost any form. I wanted the veal Marsala, but no. No veal. So chicken Marsala instead. That's why 4 stars on the food. It was delicious, but it just wasn't the veal.?

I had a horrible take out experience and called to see if I could just get a replacement meal mainly because the shrimp was so bad that I couldn't finish even half of it. I was really nice about it, and the manager was really sweet and offered a gift card. I was very thankful, but when I went to eat the next time and pick up the card, I was embarrassed in front of a lot of people about it. I'm not sure if it was on purpose, but it was made into a huge deal, not quietly, when it shouldn't have been. The other guests were staring at us. Our server that night was also not at all friendly to us, my chicken parm was smothered in a ton of cheese, and the tiramisu was literally frozen solid. Amerigos has been my favorite restaurant for a long time but all of this was super disappointing. We won't be back to this location.
